Very bad customer service. if anything needs to be fixed they don't fix it. when i moved in the walls and ceilings were dusty....
Very bad customer service. if anything needs to be fixed they don't fix it. when i moved in the walls and ceilings were dusty. they had roaches and also they don't tell you when you sign your contract at the end of your lease they have extra fees there going to charge you that they couldn't charge you when you moved in which doesn't make sense. I've been calling and asking home to make the payments and they don't answer the phone or return my calls.

Absolutely do not live here! They do a poor job of taking care of pests. My apartment has been infested with roaches for the past few months, and the pest control company that they are partnered with has failed to fix the issue.
When I first received my keys, I even heard another resident complain about roach infestation.
If you were considering this place, please dont.

Lived there from 2018-2020 its next to the Tap so there was some loud nights and drunk college frat / sororities hanging about and causing pointless fights but its normal. Only issue I had was water services being turned off with no warning due to either water services issues or sewage so if you were home and needed to wash dishes or shower you were SOL. Other than that staff was nice but yeah the water being non consistent was a con.
