Beyond some issues upon move in that were NEVER resolved, The Marc uses a towing company to patrol their parking lot that is contracted to tow upon their discretion. I am a property manager, so I work with towing companies and I understand the need for them. What I do NOT understand is how the girl working in the office thought it was acceptable to tell me after my vehicle was towed that I should have parked in visitor parking and carried all of my daughter's belongings from her apartment to visitor parking. Did I get a parking pass? No, because I arrived at 2 am and your office was closed. Did I get one that morning? No, because your office didn't open until noon and my vehicle was towed at 9am. To top it off, the parking lot was half empty, and half of the people who WERE in the lot were people who DID NOT HAVE PARKING PASSES because they were either moving in or moving out! The tow company was just morally corrupt and The Marc employee was lacking in any empathy or customer service. I know for a fact many others in my exact situation were towed that day. The towing company AND the apartment complex should be ashamed for preying on and taking advantage of people who are just trying to take care of their business.

PLEASE READ & UNDERSTAND. This is BY FAR the worst apartment complex and management staff in the universe. I do not spend time doing Google reviews on much, but I can ensure you (especially if you have children) that the worst decision for a place to live is The Marc. Not one negative review you read is inaccurate. Every time I go into my kitchen or bathroom at night, there are large cockroaches (the kind that an fly) running along the floors and countertops and no, I do not leave out food residue nor am I an untidy/unsanitary person. Went throughout winter without hot water and have suffered through the hot spring time without ANY air conditioning. The pictures on this review are how they left my apartment on a Friday until Monday. They even changed the locks on my front door unbeknownst to me AT ALL. My login to the resident portal here wont even recognize my email address to check my messages. There is NOTHING I can say positive about this apartment complex, not even the cost. because you shouldn't have to pay the little that it is to even live here.

I've been living here for almost a year now and originally before they got new owners I hated this place. I constantly was having issues of hot water and pest issues but when the new owners came in it has been a lot better. Their maintenance crew has been amazing, I one time had my fridge break and they were able to give me a new one within 1 day, something the previous owners and maintenance would have never done before. I've been very impress with the new owners so far and they've been doing a good job fixing up this place. They've given me a brand new A.C. system, new windows, and the water has been so much better.

Horrible maintenance & management, with lots of security concerns. The management team are rude with no respect to the residents. All they care about is your $$. Constantly run out of hot water or no water at all. I was told to go to the university Rec center to take shower because they did not know when they can fix the boiler during the summer time. Had no AC for months all year round, especially in the winter and summer. All they can give u is a window unit in one room with no apologies. I placed work orders right after I moved in. All they did was to remove my request from the list and never show up. The property is old with low maintenance. Have heard a few robberies here after I moved in. My friends and I were scared to walk outside at night. Ive been in C.S./Bryan area for years but this property is the worst one Ive ever seen. Please do not be fooled!

Despite what people say, I can honestly say i am pleased with Erica and the staff there. I was unhappy with the apartment assigned to me and they did the right by me by placing me in a nice apartment poolside. They are under new management and everyone deserves a fair chance. They are truly trying to change their reputation and I hand them credit for assuring I was satisfied with my new place.

Update: I have been living in here since March and I can say the only thing I like about this place is the maintenance. Ramiro and Vincent. They are some really nice people. When we moved in our house we didn't have AC and had to deal with it for weeks cause the office manager love to lie to get out her face and give you the run around. However when we got the AC fixed they left the unit uncovered. We was told that someone would come the next day to fix it and that was in March. Ramiro and Vincent can and cover it cause I had to make a new work order for a job they label as complete. I was frustrated cause everytime the AC came on and off it would blow debris on the floor. I have a baby that crawls. So I was always worried that he might get into it. And I didn't see no point of calling the office cause they already knew the problem. Thanks you Ramiro for all your help. Maybe now I will be able to use both bathrooms. I guess I have to make a new work order for that as well. But that's not a problem sine m maintenance is more trustworthy then dealing with the office. She was welcoming patient, professional, and honest. From my experience with her that one time, whatever she said she would do she actually did it. Juston and Sarah made a frustrating situation very comfortable.and it was done all in one working day. Sarah was even willing to accommodate my husband's work schedule. She is awesome. We are just a Memphis Family trying to find our place in Texas. I have never met Justin or Sarah before pursuing a resident at the Marc. Ive been living here since October 2016 and I cannot wait for my lease to end in July of this year finally!! I should have never renewed my lease. All of last summer, we had no A/C and I had to go stay with my parents because the apartment was so hot! The maintenance people are a JOKE! Ive seen them on multiple occasions just riding around on the golf carts. Since new management has taken over, not much has changed. We went without water for about 2 weeks and arent even receiving notices that the water will be off. The people in the office are just clueless. Im constantly having to have someone come spray because there are bugs (and Im not a dirty person). They dont treat you like a priority here, they treat you as more of a burden to them and thats not right. I will never live here again or recommend anyone live here in fact! Its an absolute joke and just ridiculous. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

I have lived here for 2 years so far and it is awful! On the 505 side where I live, there has been a constant string of crime that happens to where I don't feel safe where I sleep at all! Last year, my car even got broken into and about a month ago, two thugs were actually fighting right in front of my vehicle and scratched the paint. When I reported this to the leasing office, the only thing they could offer was to move me to a different unit but I would have to pay a transfer fee to move to a more expensive apartment. The neighbors are always smoking weed to the point where we smell it all over our apartment, but the management doesn't care about that. The walls are incredibly thin and there's a lot of signs of wear and tear that makes the unit feel gross no matter how much cleaning my roommate and I do. There are plenty of other places where you would pay less but for better quality. UPDATE: There is STILL no fix in the giant hole in the ceiling caused by upstairs unit leak. My central ac doesnt work, the faucets are only letting out boiling hot water (sucks to try to shower or do laundry with), the sink is is having issues draining, and my internet is not working. If there was a way to post pictures I would because this is ridiculous. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I lived here Aug 2016 to 2017 and it is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I think the problem with this complex is that it is far too large to be managed by the seemingly small staff on hand. The grounds were not as the pictures seemed on the website, so do not let those mislead you. I lived in a 2 bedroom unit with an upstairs and downstairs. I felt like I had enough room in the unit as my bedroom was pretty spacious, but that is one of the few positives. My room did not have a make ready crew come through so there were still stains on the carpet, dirt and hair on the window ledges, and an unclean bathroom when I moved in. My roommate and I experienced issues with our AC several times, however when looking at how old our AC unit was, I was not surprised when there were issues with it. We did eventually get a brand new unit, but this was because the old one was broken beyond repair after an issue. The small details are what makes this place achieve one star in addition to the population. My apartment had many small details that could be overlooked, but it is these small items that show the complex is too large for the resources on hand. One example is the main doors being uneven with the door frames, allowing small openings to the outside. They were not large, but big enough where small insects could make their way inside on both the front and back doors. When I reported this via work order thinking the doors would be remounted properly, they were "fixed" by putting some pieces of plastic in between the door frame and the weather sealing, making the weather sealing take up more room thus "fixing" the gap. This was like putting a band aid on a stab wound. And speaking of stab wounds, there were plenty of times I came home or would leave and saw CSPD either patrolling, arresting, or about to arrest someone. The news stories document this well, so just search for the Marc on KBTX. If you only need a roof over your head for cheaper rent, by all means this is the place for you. If you want more of a feeling of safety and an overall nicer experience, there are plenty of other places to rent.

If I could give this place negative star ratings I would. This is the worst place Ive ever lived at. Ive been trying to have A/C in my apartment for MONTHS. They always say its not warm enough outside when its 80 degrees!!!!!! And my thermostat says way above 80 degrees for the temperature in my apartment!!! I even had a fan and I was miserable. I shouldnt have to pay to live in a place that I cant decide when I want it warm or cold. The apartments smell so bad when you move in. Ive been trying for so long to get the horrid smell out of my apartment for so long. The people at the front act like they have no idea whats going on or as if theyre not allowed to tell you. There was a shooting and they acted like they didnt care about our safety. My apartment also has terrible carpet in it but my friend that lives a few buildings down has nice wood flooring with the EXACT same floor plan and payments so youll never know if youre going to get a terrible apartment or a still terrible with nicer features. I have heard that there is new ownership and the people that own it now are the same people that own my boyfriends apartment complex so I am trusting that it will be a complete 360 on how it will look once theyre done with it since The Cambridge(the people who now own it) is a very nice place!!! As of right now though, would not recommend signing a lease there. NOT TO MENTION THE PICTURES THAT THEY PUT EVERYWHERE LOOK ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL INSIDE OF THE ROOMS!!!

Go ahead and report it to office and watch it go in one ear out the other. Female residents are harassed. Shootings, fighting and stabbings. Multiple (more than allowed) animals being mistreated by residents. One owner left their dog in a cage outside their front door on a cold night. Multiple people living in one bed room apartment smoking pot. Trash throughout the grounds and low maintenance. No hot water many times. Bugs. Management could care less. Security guard is never there. If your student has a signed lease the university has a service that helps them break it legally! Get them out!! The pictures you see of residents living there happily is a lie! The owners are NOT sorry! They do not care!

So many questions I can't answer. How do i microwave my dinner? How do I get some work done on my computer? Warm shower tonight and early next morning? How do i even get a good sleep in the cold? The management doesn't consider it necessary to acknowledge the situation, not to talk of apologizing to the affected (unimportant) tenants. Yet they threaten with eviction over $10 of insurance payment. If this is not cruelty, I wonder what it is. The Marc is an awful place to live, period! Sometimes I wonder if their primary aspiration is to bring maximum discomfort to their tenants and get all the negative reviews out there. Shame on the insensitive and rude management. My advice to anyone who loves his or her health and sanity is to FLEE and STAY AWAY. You will definitely have yourself to blame eventually if you ignore this warning.

When you have an emergency request, all what they do is asking you about your name and the apartment number and no actions!! I believe they deserve Nobel Prize in Failure. I need to type this honest review. This complex should not advertise towards college students because it is just down right dangerous to live here. Take my own experience for example. I lived there for one year about two years ago. It truly was and still is the worst place to live in College Station. No hot water for weeks at a time, AC cannot even blow out cold air, and the mailbox and the time I was living there was a joke. The whole thing was about to fall apart. My old roommate who still lives there is still suffering these conditions. Bed bugs and fleas, no hot water, break-ins at her building, 50 degree temps in her apartment during the winter because of the lack of insulation, mold growing in the bathrooms, and so much more. I could go on and on but do I really need to? Not to mention their new "security" that patrols the complex after multiple crime reports is a total joke. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Value your life and sign a lease elsewhere.

I lived here for 1 year and it is getting worse every day. We always have AC problem. It goes out once in a month and it takes maintenance one month to fix it. You can exactly feel outside temperature when you are inside. It's been a month that our heater is broken and I have to go office everyday to remind them about the problem but nothing happens. The manager is so rude and unprofessional, Currently the temperature inside our apartment is 48F but she doesn't care at all. She told me there is only "one" guy who can fix the AC who is always out of town on break!!!!

There's only one staff at the front desk (I won't disclose her name, but I'm having her signature). My experience with her is like squeezing a toothpaste: I squeezed a little bit, your information came out A LITTLE BIT. The conversation is as follows (I'm definitely polite and I barely piss people off in a conversation): Me: can I pay with cash? S: We don't accept cash. (Silence) Me: How can I pay it? S: You can pay with money order. (Silence) Me: How can I do the money order? S: Go to that store. (Silence) Me: Where is it? S: It's over there(finger pointing outside.Silence). Me: Do I need to bring it back to the office? S: Yes. After I came back. She took out a template and had me sign the money order. S: Do you need your copy? Me: Yes please. S left the desk for a while and then came back throwing a "copy" in front of me in silence. Me: Sign it? S: No, you said you need a copy and this is your copy. Me: ... If there is a template, why didn't you show it to me earlier? I'm not a know-it-all, and I don't give a damn what a money order is or how a "copy" looks like. It is your obligation to let your customer know the necessary information.

I moved in late August. On the first day of move in my roommate and I submitted a work order for our washer since it does not work. It is now October and our washer is still not fixed. We are currently on our third submitted work order and have called regularly. In every conversation we are told the exact same thing- someone will be there this week. It has been seven weeks. Laundry mat trips are an unnecessary cost that we really shouldn't be paying for. Police cars are constantly here due to who knows what. Don't be fooled by the room model they show you. It doesn't look like that. The apartment itself is passable. Update: Washer is now fixed! The maintenance guy was really nice! Update(2): Washer went for one load and crashed again. Still haven't been able to get much done. Although there's progress in trying to get the washer & dryer vendor out, this has been spanning over 2-3 months now (since I moved in). Also if you do end up leasing here, it's better to just go inside of the office when you start having your issues, instead of calling.

The most people who lived here College Station won't even touch his apartment complex. The prices might look attractive to first time apartment owners , but the year you will spend here will put you to hell. I have lived there for 2 years and I have had random people come to my door and jiggle my door knob at night trying to get in. And we tried to move to another apartment the first year ,but they told the other apartment complex we was 2 months late on rent and we was not able to move out so we have to stay here or be homeless. Plenty of the good apartment complex in College Station but this is not one of them.

Do not sign a lease here!!!! I was not given an apartment key until four days after I moved in. The mailbox key my roommates and I were given does not work. We cannot access our mailbox and literally have to catch the mailman because we have not been issued a new key. The dishwasher we were provided with is dirty and full of mold. We've stopped by the office so many times and nobody solves anything. Also, people are really loud, our neighbors are always fighting, and there's always cops here.

Myself and a friend went in just to tour a couple days ago and had the worst experience. I can't even imagine what actually living there is like. First off we walk in the door and say we'd like to tour only for the leasing consultants to huff and roll their eyes, like we are inconveniencing by making them do their jobs. We sit down with a female leasing consultant, she asks for our names and information. While I am giving her my info she stops me to take a call on her personal cell phone. She gets off the phone and my friend tells her that she is in need a 6 month lease, (she has already called their office and confirmed with another leasing consultant that they do have short term leases available). The LC then argues with us about the information that was given out by THEIR office, basically implying that we "misunderstood" what we were told. We then told her if no short term leases were available then we would not be living there. As we get up to walk out we are given the most sarcastic "have a nice day!" this girl could muster. Terrible customer service, rude, and unprofessional. 0/10 would recommend.

This is literally the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Like many others warn, do not be fooled by the display unit they show you. The apartment you will move in to will be nothing like it. I was told that I was unable to move in early due to they needed three weeks to make this apartment "move in ready". When I moved in, the whole apartment smelled like a musty old abandoned bar that was smoked in for decades. There was dust on the ceiling, pink paint on the carpet, kitchen sink faucet housing is loose and moves back and forth by about 2 inches in each direction, NO SMOKE DETECTOR, mold/mildew in various places, the stove top did not work, amongst MANY other things that were complained about and told would be fixed ASAP. That was over two months ago... The best part, they charge you the WHOLE MONTHS RENT for August even though they won't allow you to move in until the 21st. The best part is, you have to turn around and pay September's rent on the 1st too. Gotta love it. I was also told that I would get a $500 gift card for signing my lease when I move in. SPOILER ALERT, it is not upon move in. It's not paid out until "October". No particular day, just some time in October. After bugging the office two weeks in, I was told they would be received by weeks end, and they would notify that they have arrived. Fast forward a week later, and SURPRISE they've had them, but they never told me. You would think that if you are limiting hours on when you can pick up this gift card you would at least tell someone right? Yeah... good luck with getting any info from these people... I stop by the office around 5:30 after work and was told they weren't giving them out past 4:30 and to come back the next day. I come back on my lunch and pick it up. Go to use it and what do you know... The mother heifer DOES NOT WORK! Call the card, and they tell me that my card was requested by the issuing bank to be suspended because of FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!!! I'm only two month in, and this place has been super shady from the get go, and to be told that the gift card they are trying to give me is locked up because of fraud and the only transaction on this card is them purchasing it is just further proof that they are not to be trusted. Their track record of any kind of request being handled in a timely manner is non-existent. Who knows, I may get my $500 before I move out. From now on, all of my requests will be submitted via certified mail, and if they're not completed in a timely manner, then I'm filing for termination of my lease. This is absolutely ridiculous. And to the management who is "reading" these reviews and responding asking for phone calls to the office, you can forget it. The level of the incompetency in that office is absolutely astounding. Oh, also, don't let the advertisement of "student living" fool you. I come home daily to extremely loud music playing in the parking lot while the staff is hanging out with the resident who are making all of the noise. It is loud that I can still hear it in my own apartment with my tv on and sound bar blaring a movie. People also let their children run around unsupervised as well. I understand that kids will be kids, but someones two year old almost ran into my apartment the other day when I got home from work, and there were no parents in sight. There is trash EVERYWHERE. There is always chip bags, plastic bags, cups, anything just laying around in the grass. My favorite thing is the random pot laying on the sidewalk. Who know's why it's there, but it has been there since I moved in. There has been a plastic bag in the tree since I moved in. They even trimmed the tree limbs on that tree but left the plastic bag in the tree!!! I thought my old complex was bad, but it is heaven compared to this place... Even if there was a shooting there a couple of weeks ago.

My girlfriend lives at the Marc and she was promised a washer and dryer and to be upstairs and she didn't get anything she was promised and her apartment has cockroaches all in it. When we tell the management they said there on it and we told them the day she moved in and that was August 22nd and they still haven't done anything about it and when we call them about it the front office never answers the phone. Half the units were not move in ready, half of the keys weren't cut and ready to go. It was a mess. Wnen my roommate got to our unit it was disgusting. Poorly patched holes in the walls, missing wood tiles in the kitchen, broken blinds, and a poorly paint job. It literally looks like a 2 year old came in and did the "touch up" paint. There is paint on the wood floors next to the wall and paint on door handles.. they obviously didn't care to do a good job. They place was disgusting when we moved in. I doubt they even clean it between leasers. They "remodeled" one of the bathrooms and of course the bathroom I got was the disgusting one. Broken tiles full of meldew, just plain dirty. So dirty it would not even drain when I took a shower. Literally stood in inches of water and I found out it was FULL of hair from the previous owners. The place is just overall disgusting. I signed my lease in January with promises that remodeling the fire pit, pools, and workout room would come soon.... I moved in a month ago and it STILL has yet to be done. Trying to get anything fixed around here is hell. Trying to even just get help is hell. The staffs excuse every single time is " sorry we're under new management". Don't live here... I know you "get what you pay for" but this place is more ridiculous than it should be. Not even considering the loud people around this complex at night and trucks who start up at 3am and speed off. It's terrible. Don't sign a lease here.

They don't care a tad bit about you. They didn't have the keys to my apartment when I was moving in. I had to wait till the next day when I had no other place to stay. Few days after that, I asked them to change my bedroom lock as the key they gave me weren't working and when I returned home, they had changed the lock and not informed me about the key. I had to wait till the next day again and when I went to collect the key in the morning, they didn't have it. Really pathetic. I have just been here for less than a month and this is the service they provide.

Regretting signing my lease here. I've been lied to too many times since moving in. I moved in August 22nd, I still have no mail box key and I have found my mailbox wide open for anyone to get my mail. Trash is everywhere, they won't fix broken laundry facilities, or empty dog waste bins. Every staff member I have talked to has not helped me except a man named Ashton. At this point I'm going to get lawyers involved because no one is even trying to help me. They will tell you renovations are coming but I signed my lease in April 2016 and to this day I've never seen anyone rebuilding anything around here. Update: I have moved out and completed my lease. However I did not physically live there for the past six month left of my lease. I never received a mailbox, they eventually told me to go to the post office to figure it out? Every staff member is lied to as well and never helps you. I am now being charged $200 for all the damages I documented about my apartment before I moved in. I have shown them proof of everything but they have yet to remove the bill. The manage is nonexistent every time I ask to speak to him/her. I regret trusting this people and thinking that I would ever get help from them. Truly awful and I will sue and shut them down completely from taking advantage of people.

Do yourself a favor: DON'T live here. I made the mistake of living here for 2 years, and it has only gotten worse. When I first moved in, they promised me a $500 gift card within my first month. When I didn't get it, they said it would be here next month. Then the next. Then the next. And so on and so forth until at one point they tried to act like they never promised that. I had to pester them for weeks on end until I finally got it 6 months later than they promised. If that doesn't tell you how shady they are here, here's some other things they suck at: Ambiance: It's always loud here. There's either some construction nearby, someone outside is fighting, people are partying really loud (The walls here are pretty thin) or the cops have showed up yet again. It's pretty hard to get a good night of sleep without being woken up by someone nearby. Roommates: The people here have no idea how roommate matching works. I have had 4 roommates, all of which have been terrible. You may be asking "but you said you only lived here 2 years, how do you get 4 roommates in a 2 bedroom for only 2 years?" Well, the first 3 roommates bailed out of their lease early without the office even caring to check in and see why they stopped paying. They didn't even realize that one of those roommates brought a cat in that had fleas and spread fleas everywhere. At least they didn't make me pay for the exterminator, though, so that's a positive. Also, my last roommate was a guy twice my age who wanted " a safe place away from his girlfriend". Maintenance: HA, yeah the maintenance people don't actually seem to know how to do maintenance. Every time I've had a problem, it's taken them days to finally come look at it, and then weeks to fix it. And by fix it, I mean call an expert who knows what they're doing. Every time I ask why it's taken so long, their excuse has always been "the management has changed". Imagine hearing that 5-6 times. Cleanliness: It's pretty gross around here. One of the pools was just finished after being worked on for over a year. The laundromats on site are absolutely disgusting. In fact, I've included pictures to show how gross these rooms are. Also, Google maps used to show (and may still show) an overhead view of the place with a giant hole in one of the buildings. That was because of a huge fire that broke out, and is why they require renter's insurance for everyone. To sum it up, this place sucks. In fact, it sucks so much that the management has changed at least 3 times in 2 years. That's pretty bad. Horrendous experience. I have lived at the marc for 2 years, back when they called themselves Campus View. They likely changed their name due to the bad press they got that year (on the news) for renters moving into apartments that were trashed, broken, or had mold. We moved in an our A/C was down in 100 degree weather for a week. And it has since been down several times, and every time they take about a week to fix it. Most of the units have AC units from the 70s or 80s and they refused to replace them unless they absolutely have to... you haven't experience hell until you've lived here. They've been through management a dozen times. Remember, you get what you pay for. Oh, and they told me they were working on a gym in the apartment complex. They said it would be done in a few months before I signed my lease. That was 2 years ago. Stay away.

These apartments are laughable at best. My A/C was set at 65 but inside temp was 80 for about a month despite numerous calls to the office and several trips to my unit from maintenance. I was concerned about my electricity bill because I had to run the A/C constantly. I expressed that concern to the office, surprisingly, my concern fell upon deaf ears. Low and behold, I did receive a bill for $143!! All bills are supposedly included but you're allotted a certain amount before youre charged overage. I should NOT be charged for the overage seeing as I had no choice but to constantly run my A/C!! The overage is due to poor management, lack of urgency for repair, and general neglect. Now, my ceiling is leaking!! My laundry "room" is drenched from, what I can only assume is, the heavy rainfall yesterday. The shower in one of the rooms hasn't worked since day one, again, despite "repairs" from maintenance. So we use one shower!! Do NOT sign a lease here, you will regret every single penny of your decision.

I had signed up with a friend as a referral and never got the gift card or amount off rent I was supposed to. I spent the first 6 months living here without a mail box at all. They don't take care of packages dropped off at the office until picked up by the resident. They cared more about finishing a pool then fixing the hot water, during the winter. I could go on, but really do I need to.

My air conditioner in my unit goes out about once ever other month, and most of the time that is does go out it takes more than one visit from maintenance to get it to work and stay working for another few weeks. Hot water issue isn't as common as it used to be but it used to seem like a 50/50 chance that I was going to come home and take a cold shower.

It is 3 weeks post move in and we are still missing most of our keys. We all have a front door key finally, but we are all missing mailbox and room keys. The apartment was far from move in ready. Tons of furniture from the previous residents in the bedrooms, food in the refrigerator, clothes and items in closets. SOOOO DIRTY!! It was disgusting. My family cleaned the apartment for probably 7 hours before we moved anything in. The bathtubs were cracked, molded, and gross. The ceilings are sagging and have water damage. The windows are completely molded along with the bathroom faucets and shower heads. We have been without hot water for a week and it seems like it won't be fixed anytime soon. Bugs are everywhere. We sprayed 4 times in 3 days and they are still some flying and crawling around!! This place is so gross, don't make the same mistake I made. These people lie, and treat you like crap, and don't care about anything but your money. I would advise finding somewhere else to spend your money. This place is NOT worth $465 a month. RUNNNNNNNNNN!

RUN. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I was hoping to cut costs as I was living by myself for a semester and the one bedroom was reasonably priced. Some issues came up where I was forced to move apartments, I was told by the manager that I must possibly live with another individual until they can get more units.. After days go by and still not living there and CONSULTING WITH AN ATTORNEY I finally get me a two bedroom apartment to my self. Upon getting the apartment the deadbolt was broken and drawers were missing in the kitchen, lights didn't work the same stuff with my first apartment they rented me all over again. So, I made it my goal to go to their office daily and bug them until the issues were fixed and they got tired of seeing me. If you want to live at campus view I suggest you free up time to bug the manager Roger a few days a week, (we know each other on first name basis!) and also save yourself time and just find an attorney before you move here because you will need to consult with them at least once a month. Hot water is never working on average 3 times a month it is out. Sometimes the water is just out, this is a horrible place to live. You have much better things to worry about other than living situations and I don't see this place being around much longer, and if it is it will not be with the current manager in my opinion. I moved here trying to cut costs and I will never do this again. If you need more information just call or look them up in the BBB, they have plenty of complaints against them there too! Sooooo happy I left this place and never have to deal with them again!

NO ELECTRICITY in the living room, mold in the bathrooms, no mini blinds in the bedroom, really and on the first floor facing a major street, carpet missing in the closet, the rest of the carpet looks like it was cut into squares and pieced together,wire hanging out of the panel box, mud dobbers in the bathroom. 2WEEKS LATER -- still only 1 key, still NO blinds on the window, mold in the bathroom. My daughter has been there several times and gets the run around. They say they are fixing "security issues" first but I think no blinds on the windows would constitute safety issues. The lights don't work on the porch, so it's dark by the door, another security issue. THE MANAGER IS ALWAYS BUSY!!!! . ALSO, nothing that was promised when we went to see the apt. was given, NO washer and dryer in unit, and the washers and dryers DO NOT work!!!! I really think this place needs to be inspected by the state. And yet, we are giving them quite a bit of money to live there. It isn't worth $10... AGAIN, PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE IN COLLEGE STATION!!!!

If you are thinking of living here RRRRRUUUUUUUNNNNN!!!!!!! I lived here for 2 years with an AC unit that would stop working about twice a month and it would take them around a week to patch it up long enough to go out again. Have had multiple water leaks that they blamed on my dogs water dish or rain. Don't get me started on the 2 weeks with no hot water. They tried moving roommates in that were afraid of dogs. And even when I was insane enough to agree to be transferred from my unit, they kept trying to move me to different units, where one guy was aggressive towards me because he said he was allergic to dogs. Their answer was " Deal with it." This place acts like it is you that has to bend over backwards to live here. When talking to people at the office make sure you record everything, cause you will be lied to. Plus they change staff so much that nothing you talk to anyone about will be usable. Get everything in writing and recordings. Know several of the tenants there and they all feel the same way, leave as soon as you can. I could go on with more things but looking at the multitude of other bad reviews on this place I believe speaks for itself.

This is the worst place I have ever lived! I have been unable to live there for over two months and I'm still forced to pay rent. My apartment is completely INFESTED WITH FLEAS! I have MOLD on my closet walls and carpets caused from a water leak in the plumbing. I have had numerous complications with the appliances such as, obvious burn marks on the stove and a broken washer that is still sitting in the unit. Paint is chipping off the walls and there are multiple holes that were not repaired before I moved in. Oh! Not to mention the fact that I had to wait 2 extra weeks to move in be cause the carpet was filled with ANTS! Sure seems like they have a huge problem with bugs. This is not even half of the problems I've experienced since living here but my point is, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! I'm only putting one star because I have to.
