I've lived at Sausalito for 2 years and I don't think you can find a more kind or understanding staff anywhere else. The manager Janae is always willing to work with you. She is very communicative, nice and helpful, along with the rest of her staff.
Sometimes the water does get shut off or issues arise, but the staff works diligently to ensure its back on as soon as possible. During the snow-pocalypse last year, I had water and heat the entire week because the Sausalito staff were so proactive in making sure their tenants didn't lose their utilities.
On top of that their housing is reasonably priced. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment that is pretty spacey. For its size and location, I don't think you can find a better deal anywhere else in cstat, especially so close to A&M.
Office workers are always nice and attend to every question and need that I have. I would definitely recommend someone else these apartments

Since I moved to this apartment I don't have anything to say they're doing their job. I can see the bad reviews are 3 or 2 years ago. But for now if It's different just say it . About maintenance they're exceptional if you made a request in the morning the work gonna be done during the day. If It's afternoon tomorrow morning everything going to be ok. I highly recommend it. And please rate your own review not base on someone else reviews on 2017, 2018. I don't know about the past but for now I can tell they are doing their job
