This place is so old and the utility is super expensive, $200/month and even more during summer and $150/month during winter. Also, the staff are not friendly at all. They do not help you with anything. Even, sometimes they behave rudely. The maintenance is so slow when you need. My advice is to find other places to live. There are a lot of other better places with this price, especially because they are increasing the rents. That’s insane!

I have been living here for two years. This place used to be affordable until they increased the rent by about 200$. The increase in rent did not improve anything inside the apartment. Pros: - Never had a stolen package. - Quite place (no noisy neighbors). - Ample parking space. Cons: -Yearly increase in rent. The current rent is on par with the rent of neighboring apartment complexes. The neighboring apartment complexes offer better amenities in all perspective. - Electricity bill always >150$ (I only stay at home from 9PM to 8 AM(next day)). The high bill is due to the poor air conditioning. - Need to call the leasing office at least three times to get things done. The only thing that has made me renew my lease is the comparatively lower rent.

Counting down the days until our lease is up! Management and office workers lose important documents and then claim we owe money when I have bank statements and copies of checks to disprove their claim. The air conditioning/insulation is a BIG problem. It gets super hot, and the air conditioner cant't keep up, partially because the insulation in the apartment is terrible. With our front door closed completely and locked, you can still see outside around the door frame where the door does not fit properly. The ventilation system is also not great, as the rest of the house could be at a decent (still warm) temperature while the master bedroom is at least 10 degrees warmer, even with 2 fans going constantly. The office workers just want money, your money, and lots of it. If you think something might cause a problem with the staff, such as leaving a container outside to dry off after you wash it or having a box delivered and not bringing it inside soon enough, it probably will. Received a notice that I would be charged for above "violations," which if you ask me is ridiculous. They watch you like a hawk. The maintenance guys are super nice, though!

This place is run by money hungry crooks. I've done nothing but take care of their apartment and they've done nothing but harass for petty things. There's dog crap everywhere, loud people, trash piled up at the dumpsters; I even had a little kid just walk in and make himself at home in my children's room and another instance where my girlfriend was harassed by some shady guys who don't live in the complex. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE A DECENT STANDARD OF LIVING.

I lived at parkway circle for two years. My first year wasn't bad, my second year was REALLY bad. My apartment did not get below 82 degrees during summer. HORRIBLE insulation, the complex did not care . My first electricity bill exceeded $350. I asked them to do something because it was so unbearable to live in that apartment. They did NOTHING. They said it was my problem. HA! The people working the front desk were rude most of the time and not helpful. I found black mold in my apartment near my window in my room and they literally said to wipe it with bleach and it'll be fine. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The price of the apartment might appeal to you, just remember there is no insulation. The only good thing about this apartment complex is their maintenance workers. They were awesome, polite, and they usually fixes things within a day or two.

Wow.. this management staff here is garbage.. paid a $50 deposit and lived there for two years.. never late on rent, no complaints EVER, no complications with move out.. final bill charged me a $50 ADMINISTRATION FEE to process my move out so I did not get my deposit back.. big surprise!!! There was only one staff member I spoke with the last 6 months living there.. her name was Shelby and she couldn't have cared less about anything I had to say.. the apartments are old and run down but the price is fair.. this place could be tolerable if it weren't for the staff and management.. they are absolute criminals.. ridiculous!

So the apartment itself was okay. My roommate and I lived there for about two years. Decently priced for the size and in a good location. Very bad air conditioning efficiency though. Cost us a whole lot to cool that apartment and we even had heavy duty black out curtains. The apartment community got worse as time went on. Really loud neighbors moved in and management did little about it. Got my bike stolen the last week we lived there. Gotta say the worst part we the office staff though. Took them forever to get maintenance request processed and to the actual guys (who were awesome when I lived there). Plus a lot of the staff members in the office were extremely rude and very poorly organized. They lost some of our documents and then tried to blame us for missing keys that had been turned in already. They also tried to gouge us on our deposit return and turn us over to a collection agency because we did not pay a bill we never received from. When we finally did get their bill for additional money owed to the complex, it said we would be delinquent if not paid within 15 business days from the date of the letter, but the post marked date was not even until 2 days AFTER the end of the 15 business day period. We eventually got most of our money back but it too a lot of time and effort and some legal advice to do it. My advice is to either steer clear or be a pro at maintaining your own records and send everything to them with certified receipts.

Moved in recently, the maintenance is awesome. Large rooms, large closets. Older, but nice. You pay for what you get, but I say it's well worth the money. Haven't been to the exercise room, or the laundry (I have my own stuff). Have had no issues with noise. Only issue with the pool is residents leaving their trash lying around. Also, there are people that don't live here that use the pool. Overall, I'm very pleased.
