Animals (except for service animals) are prohibited, even temporarily, in the apartment community unless the Owner and the resident execute Owner's standard animal addendum. No more than one pet per Apartment is permitted and the pet may not exceed 60 pounds. The following breeds of dogs are not permitted; Akita, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Dalmatian, Pit Bull, Chow Chow, Wolf Hybrid or Bullmastiff. This restricted breed list is subject to change without notice. Birds, hamsters, gerbils, snakes, frogs, spiders, ferrets or other exotic animals are not permitted. 2. Prior to registering your pet, all roommates' written approval is required, after move in, within 7 days. 3. A $200.00 refundable deposit and $300.00 non-refundable fee will be applied per pet. 4. You will pay $35 per month for pet rent. This will be added to your lease agreement.
