Just renewed my lease with Treehouse Apartment! I am very content with how comfortable the place is, it feels like my home away from home. The costumer service is AMAZING! The people in the office are so nice and extremely helpful. Really recommend these apartments, they are very affordable, in a great location and the costumer service is impeccable.

My husband and I have loved living here the past 7 months and just renewed our lease for the next year! The office staff is so genuinely kind and always willing to help (even helped me send a fax when I didn't know how) - they make living here so enjoyable! It's an older complex but they have kept it up very nicely, they are quick to respond to any emails and questions, and maintenance issues have always been quickly resolved. Treehouse is such a great place to call home!

I have lived here for about 7 months now and am loving it so far. It seems like a quiet community which I really like and it is right next to campus. The apartments are dated, but you can definitely make them feel homey and nice. The management has been great to me so far, so no problems there. I have had some issues with my AC but every time I put in a maintenance request someone comes out within a couple of hours and management has not given me a hard time about it at all. I was nervous about not having a washer/dryer in my apartment but the laundry facilities that the complex provides are very nice, clean and cheap! Also, I have seen other comments about how the internet doesn’t work but I haven’t had any problems with that either. I got a nicer router and modem and can play Netflix, get on my computer and be on my phone with no problems at all.

I love treehouse apartments so much. The management is wonderful and makes me feel valued as a resident. The covered parking, quick access to route 36, and well kept laundry facilities are so nice to have. My one bedroom is perfect for me and I can’t complain at all. The grounds are very well kept and maintenance is quick to address any problems you might have. 10/10 this place is great!

My significant other and I am incredibly thankful to share Treehouse Apartments as our first home together! Both property manager and leasing consultant are always welcome to us and our furbabies, are extremely helpful and reliable, and truly care about their residents. In the same manner, maintenance staff are always friendly, attentive, and available. Not only is it an affordable place to live with great internet quality, but the complex is within walking distance to campus and is even on the campus shuttle route. The pools, grassy areas, and laundry facilities are kept in great condition, and the amazing ladies at the office provide free office services (which is an answered prayer for students, like myself, who always need to print/fax something) during business hours. Despite being in a popular area of College Station, Treehouse Apartments is off of the main road which provides more seclusion and quiet than other complexes. This ability to travel anywhere in town relatively simply- without feeling like being stuck in the middle of the city- is a relief to us both, who whole-heartedly love the country life. Before moving here, no other complex we visited offered the contentment, transparency, and benefits this facility and its genuine staff did. Since then, these truths have become even more apparent. We look forward to keeping our home at Treehouse Apartments for as long as we are in the area!

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have renewed my lease for a 3rd. I like that management is always very friendly and responsive to needs and do everything they can to fix things. Maintenance is very quick to fix anything (usually same day) and are respectful of your space when they come. I like that they offer free printing during working hours and have recently renovated the laundry rooms with flooring and paint. These apartments are spacious and affordable and are in a convenient part of town close to campus!

I have lived here for a little over 3 years and have always felt safe and accommodated. The apartments are roomy, affordable, and pet friendly. They're always quick to reply to maintenance reports, and staff is great at communicating about general information of things happening on the property (repairs, events, bills due reminders) via email and/or text message. Campus is within walking distance and it's relatively close to major stores (H-E-B, Target, fast food restaurants).

I've lived here for the last 4 years while attending grad school at Texas A&M. The location is excellent. There is a bus route next to the apartments, and the University isn't too far away to walk if the weather is nice. The staff is excellent, and work orders tend to get fixed the same day that they're reported. The apartments are pet friendly, and rent is very reasonable. I'm definitely planning on staying here until I graduate.

Great facilities, great management. Maintenance will come the same day you request and almost always fix it that day if possible. Only complaint is that I wasn't able to upgrade to a large apartment when I renewed my lease because I would have had to re-pay the application fee, security deposit, and pet deposit, and I couldn't afford justify that. Prices are very reasonable and a good location if you're a student.

They refuse to give you a security deposit if you withdraw your application. They explained I can get the deposit back if I move in, which does not make any sense. A credit check does not require $195, I am disappointed in how they conduct business and I advice no one to rent here.

In less than three months, four different crimes occurred. Bike stolen, neighbor 's drug arrest, neighbors couch stolen while waiting for movers and an assault in the parking lot. Cheap but you get what you pay for. Don't expect the management to do anything about your safety or the safety of your property.

We wanted to ask about the availabiltu of apartments and more, the staff who was there did not seem to talk to us. Everything she told us to the contrary to the information on the website! I made the mistake of moving here since the negative reviews were old. It is still as bad as they sound. There is dog poop everywhere and the buildings are outdated. Their provided internet was useless and their maintenance was terrible. They damaged my property as they fixed issued I reported related to water damage, uneven floors, and active water leaks. To top it all off the apartment was basically a green house and my electricity bill was always higher than it should have been to keep the apartment cool. It was the worst apartment I have ever lived in.

Never move in! I just moved in in May and the place was horrible. The carpets were not installed correctly, did not have a lock on my window and the main window in my apartment is not true glass. It was replaced by plexiglass. I had no cold water when I moved in and had to get it fixed twice. Not even a week after moving in my AC unit went out. They tried to tell me it was not an emergency. How is this not an emergency in the summer?! They never want to fix anything and if you have to call and talk to the manager she is always "gone" or "in a meeting". You have to email her (which I recommend to anyone) to get a response out of her. The internet does not work. I have called the company that provides the service twice now and they just say there isn't anything wrong with it. Shannon does not do a good job at being a manager. I would like to know the actual owner of the property and maybe something will be done then. If they took care of the property like they do their office space then maybe the complex would have more business and have better reviews.

I am going to quote a review written by someone 2 years ago. It says exactly what I wanted to say:
"Never move in! It is so terrible to live in the dirty houses, full of roaches. When you move out, they would eat your deposit anyway. And they send you a big fine bills even you spend months in cleaning the apartment. The leasing office serivce can not be bad any more! I hate them. They are even more mean to the international students. They are good at English, so they just blabla.........you even do not have the chance to argue. I want to know the owner of the apartment. Maybe he or she will make sense with us, not letting the leasing office do what ever they want to do. After all, we are the customers. They shouldn't treat us like that. I hate them."
In addition to what is said above, recently, they put some new informations online says that there are semester lease, 9month and 12month lease available. But by the time you get to the office and request for a semester lease, the management will tell you that they are limited amount of semester leases each year, the number is five... LOLLLL. I feel like they set this up. Looks like the only option for us is first to sign a long term lease, then sublease--the apartment complex will get to keep all the deposit amounts term after term! If you decide to sublease your apartment, you'll still have to pay a sublease fee. For someone who is subleasing: if you don't ask, they will charge your deposit anyway, plus not going to give back to your nor the previous resident, as long as someone continues to live in the room. If you read your lease carefully, you'll find that they comply with the terms and conditions, while setting you up on once you put your name and initial on the lease.

Like many descriptions, the apartments are old, and were not maintained to the highest standard over the years. That being said, my apartment (and I assume most of the others as well) is clean. There are no pests to speak of. Maintenance is friendly and I have never had a problem with management. If something (like my AC) needs to be fixed, they are quick to get someone to come look at it.
My only real complaint is the "free internet" they offer. While you can get a free wifi connection, it is very slow and unreliable. This could be for many reasons. I don't have a router in my apartment, it could be the routers used do no have long enough range to reach the edge apartments(like mine). It also means I can't reset it if need be. The only other reason could be that they are not purchasing enough bandwidth to the meet the need of their residents. Either way, it bothers me. I don't want to pay Suddenlink $30 - $90 a month for internet when one of amenities advertised was wifi.

We started living here for the convenience and the price. I guess I can say that if you are looking for something close to campus and is decently livable and priced low, Treehouse is the place.
When we moved in they gave us a different floor plan than when we wanted, so they apologized and quickly moved us. We checked it out soon and were very disappointed in the maintenance of the apartment they put us in. It was bad enough our roommate wasn't going to sign the lease. So we talked to management and explained the situation, so Shannon quickly moved us back to the other apartment, which was in much better shape with better appliances, apologized, and gave us credit to use on rent/bills. We appreciated that because I thought we were being pains.
The maintenance guys are great. Very friendly and helpful. The property is pet friendly. No posts for poop pick-up so not a lot of people do. I'd suggest they add some of those for convenience. Because of that, the grassy areas start to smell like dog crap. Not really the properties fault for that. I'd just add the doggy poop posts and that would be taken care of. The deposit is average compared to other places.
There are loose areas of concrete under our floor. Not noticeable at glance, but when I step on them it's annoying.
Marion Pugh is always super busy during rush hour times (in the morning turning left to West Campus, and in the evening turning right towards Texas Ave) They should put a light there but it is really close to the tracks.
The property itself is old and they have put a lot more into the clubhouse than anything I've seen. Make sure you check out the apartment they assign you before you sign a lease. That's just the rule of thumb for any apartment.
Point is.. looking for an apartment low priced? This is you're place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone whose priority is something other than that.
