Just yesterday moved in and the AC was not working! Just imagine how hot it would be inside? Asked many times to fix it but the management lied always and said repairing is gonna be soon but no one has appeared to repair the AC. I had to spend the whole night without the AC. Secondly, the bathroom was not cleaned up properly, although they guarantee you that they will not hand you the keys until they inspect the apartment and give them ok for cleanliness. overall, it was a bad first-day experience!

My girlfriend moved in two weeks ago. She has no internet and the management told her she needed to contact the internet guy herself. She called him. After two weeks he is finally showing up tomorrow to try and see what the problem is. She also asked them to contact someone to get it working sooner, they told her they don't deal with that and that the residents need to call the person. Next her key to her mailbox doesn't work. She has been going to the office for 8 days asking for the proper key, and has been calling daily. Each time they act like its the first time they're hearing about it. Then they said her checked bounced for rent. We look at her bank statement and the transaction has clearly gone through. Don't waste your time or money.

Hey everyone that is currently living there, I"m going to out on a limb and say that apparently you can live there for free. How, you might say. Well the company that owns the place does not pay their bills so why should you pay yours! They owe my wife $1700 dollars and wont pay her for cleaning their office and some apartments. So guess what I think they need the to be returned the favor! FREE RENT!!!!! Management or Owner........Pay your bills!

After 3 changes in management, I have given up. I have seen over 30 roaches in my apartment in the last year. Also in my first 2 months if moving in, my dishwasher and garbage disposal was broken, it took over a month to get fixed. The office staff told me that the matinence guy was too busy remodeling empty apartments, but then the next visit I made to the office to reload my laundry card, a man was smoking in the office harassing me about resigning my lease. Another note on the laundry card, use a different washateria if you have to live here. Maybe half the dryers work so you either pay double, or you have to hang your clothes all over the tiny apartment to dry. Also, the matinence man harasses the female tenants. There are drug deals in the parking lot and the garbage pile up is disgusting. This place is way too overpriced. Find a duplex somewhere for $100+ dollars less with more room.

New management for the 3rd time and this one who knows who it is,not friendly at all. Wifi keeps cutting on and off, in my apt I hv lots of issues that hasn't been fixed. Lots of roaches;( laundry sucks I always have to clean it after people who wash pets clothes. Nasty can't wait for my lease to finish. I hv longggg wat to go.;( my hot water takes for ever to come ugh.

Due to the low rating my daughter and I hesitated to visit the property, we are glad we stopped by, and were pleasantly surprised. Units were fresh and updated, great friendly office staff, The new manager answered our questions about the past issues the property was experiencing.

Save your time, do not throw your money away at this apartment complex. The new management flat out sucks. You can't get anything fixed to save your life at this place. They rushed us out of our first unit so they could update it, and put is in a "new" unit that was not finished. Bath tubs still peeling, ac barely working, toilet leaking. After a week of asking for our disposal to be fixed we finally removed the one from our old unit we were rushed out of and out it our "new" unit at 1am. Maitnence aats they'll be back tomorrow to fix something and never shows back up. Overpriced. I'd rather have working appliances and toilets than granite counters. DO NOT RENT HERE.

The new management is terrible. We've had our water shut off about three times a week since February. Water shutoff lasts between two and six hours, there's no consistent times they do their work, there has never been ONE SINGLE NOTICE to us that the water will be shut off, and that's not even the worst part. The worst part is that when the water is turned back on, it pours out discolored with sediment, rust flakes, and whatever other garbage they got in the pipes while replacing them. And again because there's no notice we never know when our water will suddenly be replaced with dirt. Management's answer to this is that because they don't know when their own crews would be working on the pipes that they couldn't possibly give notice. Not that the management even remotely cares about us. They shut off water, on a couple occasions power whenever they want to. They also tore up the parking lots, tore out the wash rooms, basketball court, and pool (amenities that while not necessary are things that we paid for) for months. Oh but they at least notified us to move our cars when they were painting the buildings. Once. So congrats, they managed to communicate with us a grand total of ONCE. They're also raising rent about $150 dollars per unit, promising they would replace flooring, ceiling fans, kitchen counters, and other things. Of course we only found all of this out when we went to ask about renewing. Management said they would replace all these nice things in our unit if we renewed. When I asked how they would do these things when we were still living there, the lady said they would just replace it. Yep, just take flooring out from under my furniture and replace it. This is by far the laziest lie they've told. So if you feel like paying that extra $150 a month, remember where it's going to. It's going to the pool they don't let us use. It's going to the pointless dog park with an electronically locked gate you can open from the outside by reaching through the bars. It's going to having their renovation crews walking around trying to test doorknobs to see if they can get into your house at least once a week. It goes to having your water shut off without notice so that you can drink dirt later. It goes to all the potholes around the complex because the only part of the lot they fixed was right in front of the leasing office. It goes to units so poorly maintained that we've had two electrical fires in our unit, and another building had the roof fall in on it. And worst of all, it goes to having the front office renovated, complete with one of those idiot hanging bubble chairs so the management can blow off your maintenance requests in total comfort. This place is a disgrace. Please save yourself the trouble and move somewhere else. UPDATE: For the week of 7-10-17 to 7-14-17 the water has been shut off every single day for four to six hours. Renovation crews continue to leave trash all over the complex, even right in front of the leasing office. Management couldn't care less.

*Will update review when problem is fixed* As an incoming graduate student at Texas A&M, I was looking for a quiet, affordable, yet nice apartment to call home for the next 1-2 years. After looking at 10+ horrible apartments, I toured The Vintage and was impressed by their hardwood floors, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and competitive price. I decided to sign with them. I moved in on the 24th and did not have enough room on the inventory and condition form to write everything that was not move in ready.. I won't list them all, but needless to say I was not pleased. Despite this, I would not actually be living in the apartment for another 2 weeks so I made them aware of everything that was wrong, the 3 biggest being there was absolutely no quarter round (but there was in the model unit), AC was broken, and there was a huge opening under the sink to the space between the walls. I was told they would not put quarter round in but would calk around the entire apartment and they assured me it would all be fixed when I got back. Upon return, to my surprise they did in fact put quarter round in which made the apartment look 100X better, however, the AC and space under the sink was not fixed. I went and talked to maintenance and they fixed the whole under the sink immediately. The AC is another story. For the past 2 days it has been running non-stop and will NOT go below 77 degrees. Utilities in College Station are sky high might I add, so I'm not looking forward to this months bill. I've talked with the head maintenance several times and he's more than willing to help out, but nothing seems to work. There's are other problems I'm still trying to get fixed, but the AC is the biggest concern. **I will update the review when/if the problem is fixed.**

The Vintage apartments have a new management company/team and they are wonderful. They are respectful, helpful and pleasant to visit with regarding property issues/payments...

The Vintage apartments have a new management company/team and they are wonderful. They are respectful, helpful and pleasant to visit with regarding property issues/payments and concerns. The facility is currently under reconstruction and they are upgrading all of their amenities and buildings. Approachable and helpful management is hard to find at most apartment complexes in town. Stop by and give them a look.

I have lived here right about a year and can not wait to move. The new management is terrible. The place is always trashy. Repairs are not being done unless you harass them for weeks. They will not let us use the pool. It has been lock for the whole summer. We pay all this money to live hear, they expect there rent money or time. We need to have access our amities. Just about every other week there is a leak some where and they shut off the water for hours at a time with out notice. Once I move I will be calling KBTX and inform them of the troubles people are having there. They don't even deserve that one star.

Last week I was out of internet for 5 days. Yesterday AC stopped working and not fixed yet and no response from management. 6/2/2017- AC is out from last night. I called their emergency, called their office couple of time, they said maintenance will be there in an hour. This 12.30 pm in Texas summer. Will update after 2 hours. Ac is fixed now, but had to call them 4 more times to fix it.
