I moved into Park Connecticut a week ago, and I love it! Everyone here has been great, in particular Trevor (community manager), Barbara (concierge), and JJ (service manager) have been wonderful. I feel like I'm home.

Hats off once again to the Park Connecticut for excellent customer service! I had several maintenance problems that I had allowed to accumulate in the run up to Christmas with holiday obligations and travel. By the time I returned I needed a kitchen light replaced, a clothes dryer repaired, proper flow restored to a kitchen faucet, and most of all, a major problem with the HVAC system which had confounded both on board and contractual maintenance personnel. I'm very happy to say that when I did put in my maintenance requests the new maintenance team of JJ (the Chief) and Legesse responded promptly, properly equipped with the tools, supplies and attitude to get the job done. And they did in one long, very productive visit. With the new maintenance team and a new Community Manager who is laser focused on resident service I look forward to a continuing happy life at the Park Connecticut.

We have called Park Connecticut home for over 10 years and can't say enough about both the location and the team. Our community manager, Robert, is very responsive to questions or concerns. The team is excellent and Robert has done a great job of maintaining staff. Being in an area where so much can be accessed on foot is perfect for those of us who choose not to own a car. Additionally, having a Red Line Metro stop just a short walk away is a major plus. The current renovation of public space (lobby, fitness center, etc) should be amazing and we look forward to seeing it completed. Having friendly staff greet you when you enter the building, deal with maintenance issues and more makes living at Park Connecticut a win!
