I have been a resident of Connecticut Heights Apartments for 6 years. The whole Connecticut Heights Team (Management, Concierges and Maintenance) are so kind and always willing to help. Connecticut Heights has wonderful amenities too and I love the location, because I can walk to fabulous restaurants and retail stores with in minutes. It is a great place to live!

I recommend Connecticut Heights to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and nice place to live in the northwest quadrant. The best part about the complex is the staff. The concierge and leasing team members are fantastic, going above and beyond their duties to solve my, and other residents', concerns. They treat everyone respectfully and kindly. I could not ask for a better group of men and women to manage the complex and keep residents happy.

I moved in five months ago and this far have had a very pleasant experience, specifically the maintenance team. During the winter months my radiator was making loud noises. I though this was normal. One of the maintenance technicians knocked on my door and fixed it for me. Not only did he fix it, he also showed me how to use it.
In addition, Ive put in MULTIPLE services requests and for he maintenance team is ALWAYS quick to fix my first work problems with haste! I truly appreciate you all. Thanks again for all of you hard work and assistance!
Oh and thank you to the concierge!! Ive locked myself out to many time to count. They are also super helpful with packages and are always friendly.

We have had mostly a great experience living here. Good price for location. However there are issues with theft in the garage. Do not store your bikes in the garage. They will be stolen and mgmt told us it is on us as a community to prevent thefts. They will not add a security camera or improve the situation.
Great price for the location! Staff is friendly and email communication is good. Been here for 5 years now and I'm glad I found it!
