I have been a resident here since June. Everything had been okay, until my car was towed. I had an accident in southern Ky on Sunday. It took all day to find a rental car. Once I came home the office was closed. I am dealing with two (2) claims for an auto accident, I work in Louisville, have a child, and attend a masters program. Between dealing with the rental car and the insurance company, completing school work, and taking my child out for Halloween last night, I forgot to get a temp parking pass for the rental car I have. Myself, daughter, and her friend walked out of the door this morning at 6:30 am and my car was gone. I had to call multiple tow companies to find out where it was and take an Uber to get it. The office girls said it was my fault for not obtaining a temp parking permit and would not reimburse me the $150.00 to get my car out of a tow yard. I am a resident and my car was towed. I work in Louisville and was late this morning. My daughter and her friend had to wait for someone to take them to school. The point of sharing this is: I have been met with nothing but rudeness and attitude this morning. Sympathy, kindness, caring for another human, and general politeness does not exist anymore. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. The upgrades are decent, but my a/c has had a great deal of problems. The toilets have to be flushed multiple times, and the rude office girls. Im sure Kirsten or Brittany will have some sort of passive aggressive response to this, but when major issues arise, its how they deal with things.

Sitting here listening to Metallica (not by choice) you can also hear your neighbors conversations. Dogs barking, and phones ringing. I don't blame my neighbor's it's just not sound proof at all here.

Just got approved today, moving in on the 30th and so far I'm blown away. Renovations and remodeling everything is a huge bonus. Beautiful...

They denied me based off a number.. did not even contact references or previous landlord(s) & I make well enough to pay the rent too (3x). Don't apply here if you have bad credit, they don't even look at the application is goes through a third party screening. $120 down the drain for "application fees". They are very nice though! Sad I didn't get a chance to prove I'm a good tenant.

I am going to tell you my experience so you know what to choose and help the management to increase their effort to make it a better place.I have a water leak in my apartment and they came over five times and the water still leaking last weekand God only knows if it's going to be fixed, Plus I catch three mouses the past couple days and the maintenance guy said we will try to get you in them and if it's there is any more we will do the next step come on man are you kidding me I don't have to see it again to prove it needs to be more work done you have to do the best if your effort to make sure I will not seat again from the first time you should move your lazy ass and not scare people cause you want to save some money.

I've only lived here for about 2 weeks now, but Park Thirty 99 has already exceeded my expectations. The maintenance people are super fast and friendly, the leasing office is always willing to help, and the complex as a whole is beautiful. The buildings themselves are old, but you wouldn't know that looking at the interior renovations. And the price is SO affordable! I absolutely love living here!

We moved here in summer 2015. The new management group Vita has made lots of improvements to our units and club house. We have brand new doors, a new basketball court, and a dog park. Our old management never did anything. If I had made a review back then it would have been awful but I'm glad to say I'm happier than ever here. I spent a lot of time back then looking at other apartment places and I think Park Thiry 99 has the best value for the size of apartment you get. We got a discount for being UK employees and our place is two bedroom two bathroom for under $800. Can't find that anywhere else in town.

We lived in these apartments for 9 months before we decided that we would rather pay two concurrent leases than continue living there. There is zero insulation in the buildings so not only will you hear your neighbors' cell phones ringing through the floors, but you will also pay $300+ utility bills during the winter. The staff (both office and maintenance) is rude and very unhelpful. We still live in the same area (just not in those garbage apartments) and just every encounter we have with them is unpleasant. On top of the apartments being small and noisy, they are also gross. At one point, one of the buildings was so infested with mold that the tenants had to be moved (at their own cost, mind you) into a different building. There are also problems with insect and mice infestations that we constantly hear people still living there complain about. I have never seen an apartment complex with so much turnover (which should tell you everything you need to know). Honestly, if you read all these review and still choose to live there, good luck to you. You've definitely been warned.

Since the new company took over, the change is amazing. Several issues we had informed the previous group about were not fixed until this new team came in. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is a high priority; we put in work orders for 4 items and they were all fixed rapidly, including a hole in our ceiling/wall from when a contractor put in new cable lines. It had been there for 4 months. They are improving the grounds and the amenities, The improvements are too numerous to list but include making better use of the common areas. There is lots of green space and is a quiet place to live. Very impressed!

The Meadows is not a place I would recommend. Top 5 reasons NOT to live in the meadows: 1. Your electric bills will be through the roof, over 200 in the winter to heat your small apartment. To put this in perspective: my parents live in a two story home with 4 bedrooms and they pay 1/2 of what we pay, and that was with 6 people living there, there are only 2 in my apartment. 2. If your guests park in the wrong spot they will be towed, even though there is plenty of parking for everyone, at first I didn't think this would be an issue, until my sister parked in the wrong section because it wasn't marked clearly. It was 118 dollars to get her car back. 3. You can hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbors do, I can hear the toilet flush, every step they take, when they do laundry, their dishwasher, them talking, and their television. (My apartment is especially bad because the upstairs neighbors have a rocking chair, this wouldn't be a problem in other apartments. 4. Both of our cars have been broken into, not a safe environment. I don't recommend that you walk outside alone at night, especially if you are female. They post ads daily on craigslist, and I am pretty sure they don't do any background checks. 5. Good Luck getting out of your lease when you realize what a dump you have moved into, the management will not work with you.
