Been living here for over 1 and 6 months and I'm finally moving out. This place is full of roaches me and my wife always keep our place clean and roaches always show up from next door neighbors. Hallways always smell like weed and smoke. People just go out in the hall way to smoke cigarettes and it's disgusting having to walk in with that smell. Prices are just going up and the workers just don't do their job right. I wouldn't recommend!

I visited my 63 year old mom here..she had taken over the lease for her friend that passed away. There are so many roaches in the apartment that while i slept there were roaches crawling on me.The people across the hall are selling so much coke and Heroin that it's not safe to stay here. No cameras in the hall ways..friends of the neighbors came up the stairs carrying semi auto matic machine guns and assault rifles where little kids play at. My mom is being evicted because she has continued to request pest services that has cost over a thousand dollars in"services" and the apartment management is not happy with coming out of pocket.but the dope dealers across the hall get their lease renewed. Pest control came from Diamond pest services to spray for bed bugs and the office as well as them told us it would take 4 hours to do a spray. We stood out side after they came and they were done in 10 minutes..THEY LIE and make sure to charge you for any petty thing the can conjure. Dude. Lying staff members

This place is not just HUD housing, they use it as a makeshift torture chamber for the disabled. I have 8 major disabilities that include heat intolerance, all 6 heaters in this apartment come on at the same time. This place looks dead on Osama Bin Ladens house. They arent from kentucky, they are managed by the NSA. Come on over to pegasus and get life in prison for paying rent.

Do not move here, the people are rude and have an attitude problem. Left and will not be coming back or EVER recommend to move here. When pest control comes there is a fine threat at your door. Can't find a parking space. Don't move here and give them your hard earned money to have them be rude to you when you question their fines. They will charge you a huge amount of money for damages they knew were before you were there. And they also leave ILLEGAL fines at your door. They sent us a threat if we contact outside maintenance which is illegal, and they didn't mention that by law if we do we can have it deducted from that months rent. When my building was caught on fire, the apartment above the one that caught had smoke damage and They didn't even bother to relocate them. They need to clean house, fire Stephanie (the manager) and everyone else in the office.

In the beginning it was nice but when every time I called because if something not of my fault went on with my apartment they would tell me we will call back in a few minutes but an entire week will go by and my problem wouldnt be addressed. I just called because my heat has not been working for months and they said theyd get back with me and still havent. Its the winter time and its way too cold to be ignoring someone that is freezing in their own apartment and that is what it seems like is going on.

Worst place I have EVER lived in. I had water coming in through my a.c. unit for weeks and they simply said there was nothing that could be done about it. Ruined my computer and several other items. They are so quick to put snarky notes on your door regarding things they feel you "should " know but won't inform you when they made changes to their laundry facility. These women are a JOKE!!! When I complained about nobody coming to fix my a.c. in the middle of summer I was told that it was nice outside and I could open my windows. It was 95 degrees and I was pregnant sitting in my extremely hot apt. Trust me, while it seems tempting because they let anybody live here, it's not worth the bugs and headaches.

If I could give a negative number I would. I lived here for a year. Thought I was getting a bargain cause I was paying $645 for a two bedroom. I shortly realized why they were so sweet. All kinds of activity after dark and barely any lighting. There are roaches! I woke up to them crawling on my face. When informed, was told they were my fault. I've never had roaches in my life. Another friend lived there as well and said the same thing was said to her. Black mold around my windows. Management is RUDE. Was called by the manager that's for the district or some sort when told what problems were occurring I was told I was making things up and so I told her she was rude and hung up. Save yourself some trouble and DO NOT live here unless it's your last resort. And you are better off signing the shortest lease possible.

The management staff are horrible smart mouth females who think nothing could ever happen to them jus because they're your managers. Maintenance will come in and tell you what's wrong but will take days even weeks to come fix the problem. I have two small children my refrigerator would go in and out to where my food and things would go bad and I would have to toss it wasting money. My air conditioner started to leak first use the start of summer. Till this day I have to wake up in the morning and mop my floors from the water or me and my family would be hot in this stuffy place. NOT TO MENTION I DO BELIEVE MOLD IS GROWING. Washing laundry oh my goodness half of the washing machines don't work so you would have to call a out sourced company to get a refund. Let's not forget the nasty nasty nasty bug problem roaches everywhere in the hallways, in your microwave, in your bed with your kids, just everywhere. And they exterminate once a month and tell you not to use any spray or anything on top of them or they will not come treat your apartment. They are ok with the foreigners having a million and one people living with them but will threaten to charge $200 if they even find out you have company more than a week. The only good thing is they look pass bad credit and evictions round of applause for that. Please jus save yourself the headache and wasted time on thinking you will be satisfied. I can't see how anyone is giving good reviews..

I have lived here, with my daughter. One review said there was a murder here recently. No, it was two guys in the parking lot shooting at each other. That's not because of the apartments, of course it's awful and scary, but that's about anywhere in Lexington. The staff are friendly and when I had a broken plug, they were here the next day to fix it. Never had a problem with any bugs as others have suggested. They do pest control every month to prevent. I'm very pleased with this place, between the staff, price, and location.

And best of all our apartment recently flooded from a bad storm I told them the situation and they done nothing so it's dried up now and molded very disapointed they expect us to live in these conditions

One of the most disgusting apartment complexes I have ever lived in. Filthy, had issues with roaches and the management; perhaps the two were the same and that is why. Anyways, getting them to fix anything, such as a non-working refrigerator was below par. It took them three days to "fix" their non-working appliance which cost me. The list goes on, but you get the picture....don't move here. I think if you look these apartments up, there are drug issues and a murder happened not too long ago. Like I said, one of the most disappointing and grossest places I have ever lived in. As soon as my lease was up, I was out.

I've lived here since November of 2015 and it has been by far the best experience that I've had in apartment living. The staff is awesome, they care for the people living here. When I have an issue they are quick to resolve within a reasonable time. I can say this with extreme amount of sincerity that the atmosphere and community they have built here at Pegasus has beyond impressed me. They are always looking for ways to improve on things that are already great. I am grateful for the great location and for the amount of respect this place has provided to me!

i have lived here for 7 years and i love it. the staff (both maintenance and office staff) I have seen a couple of different management companies come through and they were just bought out a little over a year ago, they have been doing a lot of work and improvements. The price on these are great considering location!!!
