Awesome apartments and wonderful management staff! Moved here a month ago, and I have had very few issues!! Love my apartment, the location, and the amenities! Blake and Ashley were so helpful during the leasing process, and Amanda and Aaron were great in addressing the few issues I had in the beginning! Great property at a great price! Highly recommend!

Let the buyer beware ! Serious security issues my children do not feel safe here. My car has been rear-ended twice. The maintenance staff on a positive note is very professional and very friendly but that is the only bright spot that I could see at this point. The property manager appears to be a wolf in sheep's clothing so beware and make sure that you read everything in the lease before you sign it. Some of the units are infested with mold I had to move units because of this and I believe they knew that the mold was there before they let us move in. This is just one of numerous incidents that I've had to deal with. The property manager should be ashamed of herself for the way we are currently being treated they extended my lease without my knowledge when they moved us into the new unit and trying to move out of here is quite complicated and difficult. My lease is ending in July they extended it to October without my consent and now are expecting me to pay on this apartment until October even though we're moving at the end of the month. This is just one of many issues I'm having and I still have not received any return correspondence from the parent company which I have called and emailed.

Pretty happy with my apt but the one complaint I have and have heard numerous neighbors complain about as well is one of the maintenance men (possibly). It seems this man drives a red and white very loud truck around the complex all day. This is fine except for the fact that he continuously revs his engine as loud as possible. I work third shift and attempt to get adequate sleep during the day but find it hard with this going on. This is very disturbing and honestly seems he does it on purpose as Ive heard the engine rev up and down as if someone is applying excessive pressure on the gas. As stated before I am not the only one who finds this disturbing and I work third shift. Please have this worker be considerate of others. Thanks. P.s. real name withheld.

The management staff are very kind and helpful, and maintenance shows up quickly if there if ever a problem. However, I noticed within weeks of moving into my apartment that things seemed to be falling apart...hinges were easily breaking off doors and the blinds and my dishwasher broke several times. Also, the equipment in the gym is broken half the time and I was never able to find any wipes to clean the machines after using them. It's a beautiful area to live at and in a great location but I truly believe there are other apartments in Lexington at equal or lower prices that have nicer facilities and updated utilities.

Maintenance always comes out when needed and the office manager is really sweet and helpful. Plan to renew for another year before hopefully buying a house. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They ask you to pay online but yet don't provide the link, the website, online systems are clunky and management staff either doesn't utilize or know how to utilize.

Haven't been able to find anything to clean equipment off with and that's kind of gross.. and the treadmills are way too close together so it's very awkward when the only two people in the whole gym are using them Rest of the place is fine, especially for the price. Neighbors are friendly. Glad there's washer and dryer hookups. Had a spider problem when I first moved in (finding 2-3 per day) but put in a maintenance request, they sprayed and I've barely seen any since!

We understand that it is a busy season; however, other apartments around took their time to show us some models which has helped us to make a decision. Unfortunately, not in this place. Yes, we can see everything online but seeing directly it confirms or provides more insights. Though, it is great to see how good reviews from other residents, that is why we went to check on but we were somewhat dissapointed when there was no interest in allow us to see a model, at least. I give 3 as neutral.

I am a current resident at Breckenridge. I am not too pleased with the leasing office, as I tried for over a month trying to get my dishwasher fixed, put in THREE work orders. I've even tried taking my concerns to the leasing office but it seems the phones are either disconnected or no one wants to answer them. I tried calling 7x in one day. My sister in law lives here as well and her apartment was broken into, the leasing office is closed on sundays but someone was there so I knocked on the door for 10-15 minutes asking her to call a manager to come back to the office to help us and she refused to answer me or open the door. We had an officer come to the door and she disappeared and another women opened the door and gave us a number that was disconnected, long story short they finally called someone to come fix her door after hours of waiting so she could stay in her apartment.

Breckinridge Court is a great place to live. It is incredibly affordable and I highly recommend it to anyone in this area looking for a place to live. The property is located right off Tates Creek Road, which is really nice because it is centrally located from anything you need to get to. I needed to get downtown and I had several different options I could choose from just based off their location. The office staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with, Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and is so nice and friendly! One of the best places to live in Lexington!

This apartment is horrible. Their management group is absolutely not helpful. All what they do is trying to get your money. When I moved in, everything looked fine. People were friendly and they welcomed us with big smiles. My stay here was not too bad, except the terrible sound proof issues. You can easily hear the conversations if your neighbors talk a bit loudly. (You will never be able to tell this because if you do a visit with the leasing office manager, it is most likely during daytime. People are working so they are not at home.) When I moved out, they charged me money for a broken blind. I swear I did not do anything to the blind. Actually, I barely used it. The blind was of bad quality, cheap made, and is easy to break with excessive sun exposure. They said the blind was good when I moved in and its broken when I moved out. Yes this is true but hey, can I stop the sunlight from going through the window glass? This completely does not make any sense. They are like ripping me off. My security deposit is now completely gone and I still need to pay the unreasonable move-out bill. I feel really upset and I do not recommend this apartment to anyone, unless you have a lot of money that you want to give away. LOL

This place may look really nice on the outside, but do not be fooled! The office staff are horrible. Mostly the office manager. They make promises they will not keep and blam you for their disorganization. When you try to confront them they take over and yell at you and blam you for something they should have fixed. When the manager called to address my maintaince problem she became very offensive when I asked about the 48 hour guarantee and I was told I was not aloud in the office until I had calmed down.... This being said I NEVER raised my voice, and only told the manager I wanted to speak to her in person. She refused to let me talk. She would not let me get a word in while on the phone with her. She yelled at me the entire time. I feel she disrespected me horriably. I have never been late for rent and I have always been on top of letting them know about maintaince problems, yet somehow everything is my fault. The problem with this apartment community lies solely with the office manager at Breckenridge court apartments. According to other reviews I am not the only one who has a problem with this apartment or the office manager. Do not move here!

I have had a great experience at Breckinridge Court. The office staff has been very sweet and helpful and the maintenance staff is very proficient. I chose to move to Breckinridge, due to it's location to my job and the rent fit within my budget. I will say the nicest amenity is the fitness center. I'm not much for working out, but the equipment was all brand new and easy to use. I would recommend Breckinridge Court.

I had a worst experience with these management people and I never ever seen such worst people in Lexington. Apartment surroundings are too bad with lash and especially laundry and laundry area was disgusting. Property manager (old lady) was very rude and useless fellow. She never listen others opinion and had never seen such kind of personality. They are money minded (money grabbers or looters). I would never ever recommend this apartment.

I lived at Breckinridge Court Apartments for 3 years. I was there for so long because of the affordable rent prices, as well as the amenities and pet friendly complex. The pool and new 24 hour fitness center included in the rent was a true bonus. The property manager was very helpful during my vacancy process and final walk through. Maintenance was always taken care of in a timely manner -- most often same day!!! I would recommend if you need to live near UK campus, downtown, airport or Fayette Mall. The neighbors are very nice and the community as a whole is quiet and well-mannered. The only thing that I would change is the cable service which is provided through Suite Solutions. Although better priced than other cable providers in Lexington, I found the customer service on Suite Solutions' end to be very unhelpful. If the Leinbach company could somehow arrange for Suite Solutions to pick-up equipment at the leasing office OR if Suite Solutions would send a prepaid shipping label to return equipment I feel like this would be a more professional way to part with a cable company.
