OK well first off don't like the fact that they asking for a security deposit of $400 with out knowing if you are eligible...

OK well first off don't like the fact that they asking for a security deposit of $400 with out knowing if you are eligible to move in so basically it's a $35 application fee and $400 on top of that I don't feel comfortable with that that's like a whole months worth of half of rent being played with make sure the person is eligible before you start taking a security deposit anything could happen in that persons life between those times where you gotta sit around and wait for these fools to tell you if you eligible or not while needing that $400 also highly upset had planed a appointment and the lady all ready leased it out talking about first come first served it would have been more professional if she had called and let me know ahead of time before I woke up out my sleep to waste gas to come out the house to see about a apartment we had planed a appointment for..highly disappointed and bothered she could have call me back the day before and let me know someone else got it
