Avalon Woburn is the best renting experience I have ever had. The place is band new and beautiful. Well thought out. Super safe for kids. Friendly residents and nice cultural diversity. Staff is super helpful. Sully has been great during my recent move in. Nay also. Also, if you live in one of the interior apartments (overlooking the pool or courtyard) there is NO Noise when you want to sleep. Literally, silence. This is super important to me. The location on Rt 95 has been a non-issue. The only thing I would change is this. When you call the office, they dont pick up. You need to leave a message and someone calls you back. They do within hours, but not immediately. This encourages communication by email. Im sure this streamlines the office and makes it easy on them, but its inconsistent with everything else about the place which is resident-centered. Im super busy and Id like to be able to get an immediate response to a simple question sometimes. No place is perfect, and overall, I think Avalon Woburn is a really great place to live.

Absolutely love it here! Sully was amazing from our initial visit through move in - as well as everyone else in the office weve interacted with. The building is beautiful, the apartments are spacious with great finishes. Love the amenities, especially the co-working space. Had a minor thing to be addressed in our unit and a Charlie was at our door within an hour on submitting the work order, and was quick and awesome. Couldnt be more happy so far!
