Debbie Scott was extremely warm, engaging, and professional. She helped me find the exact apartment I was looking for. She went out of her way to expeditiously answer all my annoying questions, and recommended some great places to eat nearby. I'm also grateful that she introduced me to the maintenance staff, who were all very friendly. The entire staff was so helpful. I can't wait to move in and be part of this welcoming community.

I have lived at many Avalon properties/apartments over two decades. I recently moved into Oaks from the Avalon in Northboro, which I thought the leasing and maintenance staff were incredible. Until I moved here. I cannot write enough adjectives to describe the level of kindness, empathy, patience and general decency of Amanda, the Customer Service Manager. In a world where it seems the level of customer services seems to diminish on a daily basis in every aspect of our lives, this profoundly lovely woman has taken every one of my issues and treated it with the utmost respect and overall amazing attitude. She has sincerely gone out of her way to resolve anything I have asked of her. She is a credit to Avalon as a company, and she should be recognized for the amazing job she does every day in exemplifying what pride and true devotion to customer service is! Thank you so much Amanda!

. We've lived here for about 20 years, and we just love it..! I am told that this was one of the first Avalon communities, and you could say we grew up with the evolving excellence that comes with experience. Years back it was still a smoking community, but happily that has changed so now the air is clear as the surrounding woods of our lovely apartment. The staff is first-rate, all the way from Lauren, the Property Manager, to everyone on the Maintenance Staff. A lovely place to live, and I'm glad to spread the word..!

I have lived at Avalon Oaks for over 10 years and there's many reasons why. The office team is very helpful and quick to respond to any issues or concerns I've had, such as noisy residents, package deliveries, or rent increases, which they have been very reasonable about. The maintenance team is top notch, they always respond quickly and any issues I've had were dealt with in a timely manner. I highly recommend anyone looking to rent in the area to consider Avalon Oaks!

I love the Avalon Oaks West it is the perfect fit for me and my family. Lauren and her staff in leasing are fantastic, always professional, kind and courteous. The maintenance staff is second to none and always prompt and friendly whenever I have needed. Although I can say I have only needed them once (for a second set of keys) as my apartment is perfect. I highly recommend this wonderful community to anyone looking.
