Through every step along our way to becoming Avalon community members, Kat and the staff of Avalon at Assembly Row have offered stellar service, proactive communication, and essential follow-up. When we had a special request, Kat went above and beyond for us. She absolutely made it easier and reduced our stress! The apartment and community are great so far - likely due in no small part to the wonderful folks here. Each staff member we've encountered has been friendly, welcoming, and service-focused. Thanks again to all of you - and most especially Kat!

Aside from location, surrounded by shops, restaurants and a great vibe. The leasing office staff, building managers and maintenance staff are all amazing. Here's an example; my SO and her daughter came over to swim at the pool on a beautiful summer day.....but high winds were forecast for the coming weekend. Thus the staff were battening down the hatches, putting chairs and umbrellas away and securing the pool area for safety. I asked building management if they could unlock the pool for a few hours during the nice weather. 15 minutes later the pool area was unlocked so my SOs daughter could enjoy the pool for a few hours. and this is just one example. Thanks to the staff at Avalon!
