This has got to be the WORST place I have ever lived at!!! the place is **** . People always on the balcony smoking...
This has got to be the WORST place I have ever lived at!!! the place is **** . People always on the balcony smoking weed. there is always a TON of people that do not live there at the pool. their GYM is just falling apart with broken machine's nothing to wipe down equipment no towels. No one pics up after their pets and they do not enforce it either.They just started to enforce towing cars for the visitors . The office manager is horrible!! when looking at the apartments she's nice to you, but notice how she speaks to the residents, once you sign she is an absolute nightmare. when I was signing my lease a man told me don't live here. I SHOULD have listened to him,

Beautiful apartments and most staff at time of move in were amazing.Gabby,Omar,Trish,Danae,Mark and Elana. Then HUGE turn over with staff. Maintenance changed and were awful.Dog park not safe for dogs as nothing is enforced if fecal is left in area.Huge liability.Our apartment flooded.Until move out more and more water spots appeared.

I have lived here since the end of February. The staff is very professional and courteous. I have almost daily contact and am impressed. The apartment is lovely. My neighbors are always friendly. I left my last appartment due to extremely poor management. It too was a lovely appartment but the quality of the staff makes all the difference. Would highly recommend the Mark's.

This is the Gold Standard for what apartments should be. The owners are not some big company that has lost touch with the little things matter philosophy. The management and staff almost make you feel like family. From the stainless steel high end appliances to the built in wine cooler in every unit to the quality of the finishes, the people behind The Mark brand have appointed each apartment home like they would be building a luxury home. I was NOT promised any concession, compensation or other incentive for this review.
