I've lived here for 4 months now and I have had absolutely no issues here. This is a first for me having lived in 4 other places in the past 4 years. I've never wanted to re-lease with anybody until I came here! The staff are friendly (they remember your name), helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The gym is 24/7 and it's really nice clean equipment. The pool is always pretty and the grounds are kept nice. Neighbors are quiet and kind. And theres a nice sized dog park where my pup can make friends!

Great, spacious layouts! I had a 3rd-floor 1-bedroom at level with the treetops that provided some shade in the summer.
Pros: Management is good at their job and follow up when you email them. Repair requests are fulfilled promptly. Now they've started bringing in a food truck each month or have a big community event (i.e. Poker night w/raffles). They take care of their buildings: after the big hail storm they reworked all the roofs & recently power-washed the sidewalks/hallways.
Cons: free parking can get crowded so you might have to park further than you'd like.

The apartment was wonderful and clean. It is very spacious with lots of windows for natural light to come in. The location is the best, you can get to downtown in 10-15 minutes and its about a mile from I -10. The price is great for what you get and the best part about the complex is the management. Jayne is the manager there and she is absolutely the best, they should give her a raise and make sure to keep her there. Her leadership is reflected through the office team and maintenance crew, who are all outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, we lived there for 1.5 years and loved it, great community.

I just moved here a couple months ago and it's great! Haven't had any problems with neighbors and management is ready and able to help you with any concern. The only thing I must say is a downside to the side of the complex I live in, is the parking is awful at night. But, if you have to park on the curb or the fire lane, they do give you a friendly call in the morning when they open asking you to move your car by the end of the day or they will tow it. So really, I've never had a real problem with the parking so far. There's always been a spot for me, whether it be legal or not!
