the worst place in Murray to live , stay away from it i swear it is so bad experience ever in my life i left my apt super clean then they took all my deposit and it was 1400$ because i don't have credit so they took 1400$ as a deposit and they took every thing and they just sent 24$ check are you kidding me

I wish I could give negative stars. That place is horrible. Period. Stay away! They may call that place an apartment complex however, Lyn runs that place like a concentration camp. In my entire life I have never felt so uncomfortable in my own home. I was repeatedly spied on in my own home by Lyn and questioned about every guest that I had come into my home. If I had a guest stay the night one time, one day out of the month the next time I payed rent or ran into her I would be interrogated about who was coming into my home which is none of their business. I have never been in trouble or given them a reason to spy on me like that. The year I lived there i never had police come to my house or anybody shady over at my house but yet I was repeatedly questioned and spied on. Also, the maintenance man is a complete and total creep. Once he had his sights on you he will purposely pick out jobs by your house and stare at you. He used to walk by my window numerous times if my blinds were up. Super uncomfortable. Also it's like they changed their policy to only allow foreigners to live in the apartments because now like someone else said, DO NOT LEAVE UOUR APARTMENT AT NIGHT! Foreigner gang member kids are out roaming the apartments all night smoking drugs and yelling and screaming. Idk how many times I've been woke up along with my 8 year old daughter at 2 in the morning to look out the window to a bunch of foreign kids sitting on the steps smoking hookah and screaming playing music on their phones. All of this, Lyn refuses to do anything about.

I recently moved out of Mallard Crossing in September 2016. I lived there for eight years (since August 2008). I didn't stay there out of necessity, I stayed there that long because I wanted to. If ever I needed to rent again I would return to Mallard Crossing. Let me explain why. Lyn, Lucio, Dana and previously Bob made living there comfortable and safe. I rarely had issues with my fellow tenants because I am easy going person, but if I did need help management offered a diplomatic solution in a timely manner. Cat rent and pet deposit fee are very competitive. I also enjoyed that they offered a full size laundry room because I personally do not like to stack my washer and drier. ;) The only thing worth bringing up is that there is only one way into the apartment complex and if you live toward the back of the property you need to be mindful of children running in front of your car. Some parents don't watch their kids as they go out to play. The pay ground is across the parking area from most of the apartments. Thank you for all you have done for me Mallard Crossing!

Horrible horrible experience! First moved in ALL outlets would NOT hold in plugs. They tore up our floor in our laundry area and didn't fix it for over a week. The management has favorites. They tore up our neighbors floor to fix the issue that they where trying to fix in our townhouse. They fixed our neighbors floor first before coming to fix ours 3 days later. Our neighbor is the managements daughter. We had also got bedbugs after some neighbors had moved out. After the area was cleaned after they had moved out we noticed that we had bedbugs. After telling the management about it they said that we would have to pay to get it taken care of, Found a company that was excellent in price as well as service. We checked with management to get an approval for them to debug. Got the okay then they changed there mind and had to use someone that the Apartment complex contracts and had to pay 2 1/2 times more. I could go on and on. But, this is the worst place ever! STAY AWAY!!!

We haven't been that impressed with Mallard Crossing. They advertise their security camera on the property, but fail to tell you they are only located around the office (to secure the office). We have had vandalism, to our property and to the building around us and nothing seems to be done about it. The surround area and neighborhood isn't great, Don't go out if it isn't daylight. Also they don't tell you all the extra fees on the tour, they wait until the day they sign over your apartment. So add an extra 30 to 50 dollars to your rent rate for your true rent rate.
