A great place to live. Landscaping and property is cleaned daily. Appliances are all Kenmore and fairly new stainless steel. New property management took over a month ago and they truly care about the people who live here and feeling like it is home. Noise issues are addressed immediately (where possible). Smoking is kept away from the building. The little garages that you can also lease are a nice addition to the covered parking. A pizza place is opening right next door (pie). A market is across the side street. A cinema across 3300. Beans and brews walking distance on state and 3300. The internet is ok and I have heard new management is looking to upgrade it in the next few months. The building itself is about 8 years old so it is still in very good condition aside from occasional vandalism that is not the fault of the property.

The worst internet I've ever had. No, it is not better than having to deal with Comcast. With the amount of ISP's in the area, it should be inexpensive to get decent internet. Have to pay $99 for internet and cable, the internet averages below 1 MBps, and the cable isn't even in hd.

Apartments are very nice but priced a little to high for the few amenities. The only Pool on sight is the size of a jacuzzi. The Internet works half the time . The manager is cool. This is a nice place to live but if pool was larger, working internet, and more phone and cable options it would be a good place.

I've lived here for nearly 2 years. Pros: Across the street from Movie Theater. Big floor plans, Washer & Dryer in unit. Garage units are $50/mo. Cheaper than a Storage Unit, and most other Apt. complexes The Manager, Amy, is friendly and helpful when she can. Cons: 2 Trash Bins for entire complex. Constantly overfilled, garbage litters the roads. Bad neighborhood. Limited office hours. "Pool" is a joke. Barely larger than a hot tub. You have to pay additional to have a covered parking space, but newsletters threaten towing if you park in a non-covered parking space. I've never seen any other property charge for an assigned parking space. (Every Unit has an assigned space, if you don't pay, it doesn't go to anyone else, it just isn't used) Parking is a constant problem, with many covered parking spots unused. The Internet is very shoddy. As a work from home user, I've had to work with the ISP, Rigidtech for hours at a time to help them resolve their problems (and convince them it's their problem). Most of the issues were resolved by using Google's DNS server instead of theirs.

The buildings are so dirty, i haven't ever seen anyone clean the buildings or shovel the snow. the management is AWFUL you need to call here 1000 time until she answer you or wait at lest 20 minutes in front of the office to see her. Unlike what they say they don't have security and every thing they promise you is just a lay DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY TO LIVE THERE.

First off, over priced for the location. The neighborhood frankly sucks, 33rd south is busy and loud. The neighbors are completely inconsiderate. They litter all over the place and never pick up after their dogs. If you come here stay off the grass and definitely don't let your kids play on the playground unless you want them getting into the middle of a dog turd. The management does what they can to crack down on this but it's a constant problem. The internet here is lousy but the company that manages it is extremely nice and helpful. Despite the internet problems, it's still better than dealing with comcast. Amenities are limited, the pool is laughably small. The positives are that the apartment is pretty nice, I like having a washer and dryer. The manager, Amy is as friendly and helpful as she can be. She tries really hard to deal with the dog poo situation and deserves a raise. All in all, I'm looking forward to moving but that has mostly to do with how crappy the neighborhood is.

The manager is amazing! The property is kept very clean and Im proud to have my family and friends come over anytime. The company that does the internet is responsive and came and helped setup my router and computer for free. The tv is with directtv and works great. This has been a good choice for my wife and I. We like the location and are happy we can walk across the street to see a movie.

Apartments are very nice but priced a little to high for no amenities. The only Pool on sight is the size of a jacuzzi. The Internet works half the time. Dealing with it is very frustrating and you CAN NOT use other providers and the speed is 2 or 3 megs but you pay like it's 20. Best believe if it's working or not you still have to pay. The manager is cool but she doesn't have any pull to get things changed. Also cable and phone are under your lease as well. This is a decent place to live but if it had a person sized pool, working internet, and more phone and cable options it would be a great place. 2 and a half star.
