I have lived at Fox Point in Old Farm for 14 years and hope to continue. I choose to stay here because of the unique feature of the quiet two lane streets and beautiful lakes and ancient trees. The grounds are so well kept; management really stays on top of the green belt, the trees and the waterways. We are well cared for. The current manager, Darlene, a charming Georgia Peach and her team are like family that is not only very attentive and competent but refreshingly engaging. It's like a little family here, a community of slow traffic, beautiful views, nice apartments, good maintenance, great amenities and such easy access to major through fares that you can be most places in the City in 10 to 15 minutes. Then after a hectic day, you re-enter into the lush, nature friendly, peaceful oasis-home at Fox Point.

Avoid this place so long as the lady manager and assistant have a say in your potential home. The entire office really looks after each other. In an us versus them kinda way. In my years of experience with this entire office theyve shown to be rude, argumentative comparable to children, and stoop into pettyness and grudges. I stayed here with my family for years. We kept our head down and as soon as they saw we might leave, they flipped on us completely. If you're still interested well then I'll just say neutrally, Guard yourself especially in older apartments like this, or they can and usually will bite you.

My own personal issues with doing business here will remain vague. Take this just as advice to read and absorb or to disregard. I always hear advice when I'm moving to take pictures and videos and catalog anything noteworthy so as to safeguard yourself. That's how it is at Fox Point. Do it. Quick note if you are looking into this place, test thoroughly the air conditioning effectiveness and floor creakiness, both are multiple DECADES old and trouble with either is incredibly possible. Again, that's how it is at Fox Point. The location is fine, as a matter of fact I quite enjoyed the location and scenery/wildlife. That being said the place is quite dated, which I suppose isn't all negative, but I bluntly say If you are having a look don't skimp whatsoever. Take pictures and document everything. They WILL bite you. They were friendly up until the moment they stopped being friendly. Like a light switch. Especially when it appears you won't be staying much longer. This is a fact of life with apartments like this. Actually I hate recommending to avoid a business because almost always it's just an uncaring employee or two who are ruining your experience. At Fox Point, these 'bored' employees happen to be the lady 'manager' and 'assistant manager'. This is the kind of office that could be easily baited into aggressiveness, shouting, petty arguing and lastly just hanging up on you mid sentence. I know it sounds great right? For three years I paid my rent on time and dealt with the incompetency and lack of utter human capacity this office shared. This is my opinion after years of walking on egg shells to have anything accomplished, and a complete flip in their attitude towards my family once it was clear we weren't staying long. Speaking of staying long, rent here was raised yearly and is well over a grand monthly. I moved out several weeks ago, and naturally any information on the status of my rent sized deposit is muddled and just downright not given. On the bright side I think it is proper 'adult progression' now that I'm paying a legal adviser to assist with unlawful renting matters. Who knows, maybe you can stay for years, pay your rent on time, and this could be your Fox Point story. Move in today! edit: This clearly is the kind of management to patronize reviewers with the copy-paste reply of 'sorry you had a bad experience, please contact us, we will fix everything as best we can'. It's so gross the way some management abuse this in an attempt to seem like they're willing to right any wrongs. It is actually literal mockery. Of their own customers no less. One suggestion, maybe try and address these problems with your tenants as they pop up on your desk and not just put on an act in the comments section? Hmm..

While I'm doing my laundry, I wondered if the A/C was even on? I looked around and saw a fan thing..?? up on the ceiling but couldn't make it out as I was leaving. Its just WAY warm (ok maybe hot) in there. Its cooler more outside and almost feel like putting part of the outside door mat between the door just to air the laundry mat out. Its that warm. Not to complain or anything. Just making a statement here. Thank you office for having a 24/7 laundry mat available and low cost for ' top loader ' washing machines of being $1.50 for wash and $1.50 for drying. ' front loader ' for $1.75 for wash and $1.50 for drying. Its nice :D! I may give more good feedback later but laundry is almost done.

Great apartment with a great price! I wish we would have re newed our lease with them! The office ladies are very helpful! Grounds were very well maintained, and maintnece request were alway quickly acted on, felt safe there, plus there are ducks roaming, who doesnt love duck?!!
