I have had several friends stay here over their college years. They had no major problems over their stay, the only times of issue were when they were moving in and gnat issues in the summer. Of course, the latter was difficult to be solved by management.
Building is well kept with updated amenities (Game room, Business Center, Laundry facility) and on site maintenance/management staff. There's plenty of stuff to do...
Building is well kept with updated amenities (Game room, Business Center, Laundry facility) and on site maintenance/management staff. There's plenty of stuff to do and places to go in the area as well as being walking distance to several schools. I'd highly recommend it to any student looking for a nice quiet place to live. DK
