Out of all the aparments where I have lived, Wyndham Villas surpasses them all. Aside from a poorly managed referral system, the management is nice and the apartments provide privacy and an attached garage. Beware if your apartment faces North because my MUD bill in January, keeping my thermostat at 70, was $200. Very good location. Gated community creates feeling of extra security. Nice neighbors and nicely landscaped.

1. Absolutely no soundproofing - you'll hear EVERY SINGLE STEP your neighbors above you take, when they shower, when they flush their toilet, when their idiot dog barks - absolutely everything. It honestly seems like they'll come crashing through the ceiling. You'll likely look at the unit during the day when nobody is home.... so keep this in mind. 2. Management is just plain rude. They'll be super nice before you sign the lease, but if you have problems, expect sarcasm and ignorance. 3. Rent is ridiculously overpriced. You'll expect better management and better quality - and you'll be sorely disappointed. Hey - it's nice that they keep the lawn looking nice and the trees maintained... this is to distract you. If only they would have put a fraction of that attention into constructing quality buildings.... I understand that in an apartment environment, you are expected to hear a certain level of noise from your neighbors - this is perfectly understandable. But at this place, you'll hear absolutely everything. I don't think they took any soundproofing measures whatsoever - some places in Omaha do - look for them. This place doesn't feel like home - at all. This was the worst living decision I've ever made. I wish I would have never signed a lease at Wyndam Villas. Trust me - don't bother with this crap-hole.... save yourself some money and find a place that feels like home.
