Worst experience ever. And this was before we even moved in... 1st, when we signed our lease we were told we would have a fireplace, but when it came to the day before moving in, we went and took a look at it, no fireplace... So we requested we would get one, they tried to charge us a higher rent price but we informed them we were told we would have a fireplace so we did get to keep our rate... But we had to move into a different apartment, note, this is after we had our mailing address, Cox, OPPD, and insurance information all changed to our new address; so we had to call all them back and change it. Once we had all that done, the same day, they informed us the address they provided us was wrong... So we had to change it all again. Fast forward to move in day we get all our stuff in the apartment only to realize the number on our apartment door didn't match the one we were given... Soooo, we got to change it all once again. I have never been a part of a process this disorganized in my life. Be careful with Eden West, make sure you can get as much documentation about your apartment as well as confirmation that the information is correct, because based on my experience, the staff doesn't seem too concerned about the burdens placed on their residents, as well as any burdens that are passed to other companies like COX, OPPD, and others...
