We moved to the Villas a few weeks ago and couldnt be happier. Sydnee, the leasing manager, is the definition of kind, courteous & accommodating! We are so excited to be here and look forward to living here well beyond our year lease! The property is well kept, friendly neighbors, along with a clean & safe gated area.

I awoke this frigid Sunday morning (windchill minus 7) to a chilly apartment. After fiddling with the thermostat to no avail, I called the Wyndham emergency maintenance number. A pleasant HUMAN took my information and promised a return call shortly. Within minutes, Keith called me and said he'd be here as soon as possible. In about 30 minutes he was here and cheerfully fixed the furnance. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you.

If I could leave 10 stars to this place I absolutely would!!! I absolutely loved my time here. Sadly I could only stay here a couple of months as I had to move out of state for employment reasons. But I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone. The amenities are great, has an underground garage that is always clean, it even has shopping carts available! The building is always clean in and outside. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Walls are not thin so you cant even hear anyone everywhere else. The leasing office team, Sydnee (and her dog!), Heather and Kathy are amazing and so friendly. They will always take care of you. The maintenance team are very good when it comes to responding to requests and very friendly as well.
I was so sad when I turned in my keys but should I ever return to Omaha and not buy a house I would return to this property in a heartbeat. Best property in Broadmoor.
