Was super excited to check this place since it matched everything I was looking for. My boyfriend called ahead of time and made an apppointment. Upon arrival we were told there wasnt an apartment available for us to view, because the apartments were all being rented up before they were even ready. Okay understandable. The whole point go me making this appointment is because I wanted to see the apartment in person. A simple phone call or email ahead of time would been helpful. There is nothing he told us in person that couldnt had been said over the phone or in an email. A complete waste of time, especially when I had to leave work early in order to go to the to view this apartment.

I lived in this complex for a year and was happy with both management and maintenance. Really nice apartments with updated appliances. The property is well-maintained and clean (for the most part - see below). Wasn't nickled and dimed when I moved out. I'd definitely recommend living here.
Only issue I had while staying there were other pet owners. Omaha has a leash law and I would often see owners with unleashed dogs. These are the same owners that let their dogs defecate everywhere/anywhere and not pick it up.
New apartments but the 3 bedroom is like s 3rd bedroom squeezed in a big 2 bedroom

I give it two stars, because they are luxury apartments, but VERY cheaply put together and VERY cheap materials. Also, the manager (Tracy) is always so rude about EVERYTHING, and literally always has an attitude!!!. I don't think I have ever had a good experience running into her. But they do keep the hallways clean and always smelling good. And the maintenance guys are all super nice and super quick to come to the rescue.
Great place to live with better people in the office! The only thing I can say is get a garage because parking is a little scarce
