It was a bad experience that we lived there for two years as moving isn't that easy.
We have to call them many times to come and solve any problem.
It was our first rent here in Omaha so we weren't aware with everything so the receptionist her name was trinity knew that and she asked us if we had oppd service and we said no so she gave us a paper to fill out and she said that she would sent it on our behalf to oppd company but she didn't send it ; we don't know if she forgot or did that on purpose.
After one year we discovered accidentally that we were paying $50 extra monthly ( vacant electric fee) through conservice without asking us and no account was made under our name with oppd. That was sneaky but we went to the manger kalep that was very nice person he apologized and sent a request to the company to return our money back after finding this paper we filled one year ago.
We decided to go to a new house so we rented the apartment till the end of September but we gave it to them September 26th and we transferred the oppd service to our new location at September 20th so they charged me $50 vacant fee plus the electric utilities so $50 fee for 5 days. I would've rather prefere if they turn off the service instead of all that money they took.
They also charged us with $25 extra as a cleaning charge and honestly I did clean everything my self so I told them to show me the pictures so I saw it nothing obvious you can see at all. This new manager I met today didn't treat me like a customer, she treated me like a kid.
The only person that was nice is Jessica the current receptionist but nothing she could do for me.
Plus I asked for my deposit they said the application I filled was no deposit, it was $ 200 non refundable admin fee plus $35 per each person application fee. I never heard something like that (admin fee) in my life. I don't understand what this admin fee for. If it is under the condition of the apartment so why they charged me extra $25 for this nothing that could convince me.
I won't recommend it to anybody.

Yes the parking is bad, BUT I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I've lived there over a year now and really like it! The location is awesome and I love how secluded it is. Also it's a very small complex, and the manager knows my name and is really nice! :) As for her "popping in" unscheduled is not true. The manager herself comes around and changes the filters about every 3/4 months and there is always a note informing the residences the week she'll be coming. It has always been an announced visit. I know I'm sounding really defensive, but I don't understand why everyone is freaking out! lol All in all I like it! :)
