Brownpoint Reserve is the most beautiful apartment I've lived in. I love the area-- set back with a gorgeous view that goes for miles, yet close enough to fantastic shopping and dining. The landscaping is beautiful. People keep up with their pets. I don't hear my neighbors though we're on the top floor-- I sometimes wonder if our neighbors hear us. Our apartment is huge and rent is very reasonable for what we get. High speed internet is included in the rent. Management is helpful, and maintenance keeps the place very clean. I absolutely love living here. The only thing is that residents keep to themselves and I don't know my neighbors very well, and my guy and I were hoping to network and or meet some new friends.

I love living at The Brownpoint Reserve! The building itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the units are updated and spacious. The company and staff make it even more enjoyable. From the maintenance technicians who are knowledgeable, fast, and friendly to the office staff, everyone is great to work with. Ive spent a lot of time working with Payton and Devon in the office and theyre always friendly and eager to help, often going out of their way to get things done. Thank you for making this a wonderful place to live!

I have been extremely pleased with my decision to move into the Brown Point Reserve luxury apartment complex on the corner of Blackhawk Road and N. Pleasant View Road. The units are large and very spacious with very large windows which allow for lots of natural light. The appliances and fixtures in the units are all high end and they are very tastefully decorated with high end materials and decorations. In addition to the fabulous views of the golf course from my 5th floor unit we have a beautiful clubhouse that is very tastefully decorated which offers complimentary coffee, tea, and other beverages. Their is a complete kitchen as well as a fitness center. The outdoor area offers a zen garden, pond, and screened in gazebo. The water feature with its pond and waterfalls lend itself to a very tranquil and beautiful setting.
Office staff of Shannon and Nikki are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to questions and needs. Our maintenance technicians Bob, Troy, Mike, and Dan are very talented and professional and go way above and beyond the call of duty to insure the comfort of the residents. It is an awesome place to live and I would highly recommend it to everyone.
