Dogs, Cats, Fish, and Caged Birds are welcome! Dogs and cats must be neutered or spayed, and dogs must weigh less than 30 pounds (breed restrictions are Pitbull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler and Doberman Pinscher). Maximum of 2 pets, $50/mo. per dog or cat and $25/mo. per small, caged animal, bird, or reptile.No additional deposit is required. We ask that all pets who will be living or visiting your residence be disclosed. Qualified service animals are always welcome, but must be disclosed. Exotic pets are not allowed.
Carriage House has five unique apartments to choose from.
The rooms have wood floors, small kitchens and a common bathroom that is shared with one other room and is cleaned weekly by our staff. The studio is on the second floor and has wood floors. The one bedroom apartment has a decorative fireplace, bay window and plenty of space for two. The three bedroom apartment is two stories, has a private entry, a dishwasher, a huge upstairs bedroom, and a front porch.
In addition, heat is included in your rent, there's laundry available next door, and cats & dogs are welcome.
