After reading the recent reviews from the past two years I will not even consider these apartments. No one should have to settle for a ran down apartment complex just because the prices are reasonable. Clearly it's the hiring decision. No customer service, maintenance service, construction service, or security service is being offered. Sounds like a collection agency. I am not sure if I want to report this to the city and county or apply for the position and save the day. 2018 either you pay $1,200 for a two bed room or live in trash. I was so set on this place I guess I will keep looking. maybe its time for a house.

Then the management SUCK they are the RUDEST I cant wait until my Lease is UP BIG MISTAKE! They put a court cause on me to send me to court AFTER I made arrangements with them and I was only 2-3days late after the 5th they didnt even NOTIFY me they sheriff left something at my door ! I dont even like to go in the OFFICE nor call cause they are so freaking RUDE and MONEY HUNGRY ! The its Only 2 dumester thats always overflooded I wish I did more reach before moving here

And it's cash they won't tell you over the phone, they just hang up on you, think management gets some money as well, there's no proof in that. Cop says there is nothing they can do being private property and management can do what they want. Go figure

Don't move here they are roach infested and they take forever to fix things and the property manager Gloria is very rude the only way they will fix something if you call code enforcement, and also my mailbox is always open they never fixed it Gloria said she will get new locks put on mailboxes and she never did I only been here for a few months and I have had so many problems and you can't call corporate because they never reach back out to you after leaving voicemails oh and not only is my mailbox always open 20 other mailboxes are open too and no matter how much I tell office staff to put me on pest control list I still see roaches and I'm very clean. So please don't move here you will be very disappointed. It's cheap but a waste of money

Air is out yet again I have a infant I just called emergency maintenance he tells me he don't know what to tell me bcuz the leasing office ain't open so I'm trynna see why is it called emergency maintenance? Ok then they stay turning the water off over here I have no hot water pressure in my kitchen sink it barely comes out I have to boil water to wash dishes. They have a real bad roach problem my mail box doesn't close the gate is always open the lake is dysgusting and filthy I've even seen a little boy pee in the lake they've been putting notices on the door about burglaries B.O.L.O. they don't fix nothing and they don't tell you when you move in that your water fee is added to your rent so it's not 500 a month it's 500 some a month I can't wait til my lease is up it sucks over here don't waist your time just save yo money and go somewhere else.

Lord where do i start, its raggedy as hell, nothing works, they have bugs, i tried cutting on the stove to warm up a pizza it never came on, so i cut it off at least that's what i thought. I go out of town for a weekend and come back the stove was still on the whole complex couldve burned down. I told one of the men that work there about it, i come back home from work and he just left the element laying on the kitchen counter didnt even take it with him, didnt try to fix the stove or anything, they are very unprofessional its suppose to be under new management hopefully theyll get stuff right . sinks clogged all up. Basically it needs to be condemned, if you paying money to live somewhere it should be well kept and these apartments are not.

The first month i moved in some one a few doors down OD and died inside of there vehicle security handle the situation all wrong wouldnt let anyone go i mnto there home i found that very irritating the pool is NEVER OPENED and when it is its DIRTY AND smells like pee . i have also had my backyard gate broken from lil project children using the railing of the wooden gate thats along the lake as a short cut to get home on move in day they explained that the issue and the gate would be resolved NEVER happend I ALSO HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE.. Since jan 6th 2017 i have had roaches it all started with me moving my frig back to see what this annoying noise was coming from a cricket to my surprise it was roach land IT HAD TO BE 100 roaches that scattered i also had an experience where i was sleeping in my living room and i was awaken to a water bug inside my shirt that was the last straw i called to make a complaint they claimed i would be on the list to spray every week until my move out date NEVER ever received service. Idc idc what ever your circumstance is please take heed in the reviews u read and plz dont move to the lakes WATER BUGS AND unlimited ROACHES also u will get overly charged for certain fees such as a water bill they NEVER stated we would PAY A SEPARATE BILL. I moved here Jan 2017 and all the experiences people have commented before me are to accurate. First 3 months they would turn the water off to repair leaks but they would still have leaks ,they got hella roachs the first night me and my family stayed here a big ass roach came from the back of the toilet. They don't spray ...ever and the lady gave me the key to the apartment use me as a reference discount for her brother and fail to hold up her end of the bargin. It would of helped because I has to go on maternal leave and me not being there for 6 months I wouldn't get payed for it.And that fat ass lady in the office has to have a stick up her ass why do you think its okay to rent this apartments to people ?????This is my first and last apartments I'm getting a house with the quickness. And watch these sneaky ass people they will try and get you put out. I never heard of paying the apartments for water and still getting a mlgw bill.

Every negative thing that could happen has happened. They never want to fix anything and they are infested with mold roaches rats and even birds have been flying and dead n my apartment. Ceiling falling. Code enforcement called twice. Every manger they had since I have been here has been rude. I've been here a year and they had at least 3 managers. Front gate never worked. Faulty wiring. Leaking light fixtures. Break ins are quite common here. We are currently awaiting court. Be very aware when considering these apartments.

Quiet round the clock security , nice pool area and I NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER HAVE I HAD A ROACH OR ANY INFESTATION PROBLEM OF ANY SORT.. Only ducks :-) Which is amazing. I've gotten the chance to experience of numerous of ducks giving birth. I fed them every single day . It is a beautiful place and I would LOVE TO MOVE BACK!

They take forever to fix anything and even through there is a security guard u have to find her most of the time and in order to call her u have to call the office and go though the answer machine and then though a third party..by this time your place have been broken into and empty of all that you have! This place sucks, the staff is bad and they act nice untill u sign on the line... STAY AWAY! BAD ROACH PROBLEM!
