I lived there for a year and a half and I most say I truly enjoyed my stay. My neighbors were great! But most of all the office staff Ms. Ruth and Dee we're always very professional, well dressed and friendly. They made me feel like family the entire stay. Also the maintenance guys Brian and Courtney we're awesome! Again they made me feel like family. I purchased a home and that's the only reason I left. Very spacious apartments.

I hate I moved in these ratchet apartments they don't fix anything the kids here are bad and no home training they have roaches and the residents are nasty trash outside everyday office doesn't do anything about complaints maintenance walks around all day doing nothing I hate I moved here and I've only been here 3 months

The apartments are nice BUT MY ISSUE is Maintenance take to long to come fix stuff ! That's bad business. Office never answers the phone until you call alday , or go into office . If it was more professional and oraginized I'll b sasificed .

The assistant manager was helpful but I'm moving from one state to another to be near work and their office hours are 8:30-5:30 Monday-Thursday...

The assistant manager was helpful but I'm moving from one state to another to be near work and their office hours are 8:30-5:30 Monday-Thursday and every time I call between those hours, I have to leave a voicemail and the mailbox is full. Maybe I need to keep looking around.

I am advising anyone that tries to move in this apartment not to.... listen to the people who live here please we are telling u the truth...I have lived here for almost a year and I still have stuff that has not been fixed in my apartment.... My whole apartment building has roaches and I have the exterminator come out once or twice a week... There is mold in my ceiling that they just keep painting over and not fixing it correctly...like I said I have not lived here a year and I have seen 5 sets of office staff.... They are forging people signatures for renewal of leases.... It is not worth 790.... Just like the commenters stated.... The kids over here have no home training.... The one time I let my kids go out side she got jumped by 5 kids and one of them video taped it and she is 9 years old... There is drug and prostitute activity over here in these apartments... Not a place to raise kids. Also the office staff are very rude.... They might be nice when u signing the paper work but once they get you in they are rude as all get out.... There is more that goes on but I would be writing a book.
