Since I have nothing good to say about this place, I'll leave it at that. I'd like to avoid being thrown out 4 a bad review. The maintenance has gone way downhill in the last year. Literally many apartments are empty ( draws wrong sort- squatters.) If I was physically able, I'd move next week. Office is most unprofessional I've dealt with. And due to military service - this was my 20th move. I hope Brown Capital gets this report.

PM is a great place to live. My family and I lived here 9 yrs. We left because we bought a house. Office staff are great. Katie is who I saw most and she was very nice and helped me out with anything I brought to her attention. Maintenance is wonderful and fix any problem we ever had ASAP. Two negatives, is people are allowed to smoke. Every time our neighbor would smoke it would come through our front door and bad insalation and could upgrade the windows and sliding doors. Overall it is a great place.

I noticed these reviews from other tenants doesnt give any detail information that a person who is seeking an apartment is looking for. So Im going to give an extensive review. The apartments look old on the outside but are up to date on the inside. They are open on Saturdays and they do have a cut off time that they stop showing the apartment which is understandable. I believe its 30 minutes before closing. I feel thats fair because people may have questions and it takes time so they can close at the right time. If you work Monday to Friday then I suggest going on a Saturday which is what I did. I was able to see the apartment on that day, get all questions answered, view a copy of the lease before I made up my mind. I was able to pay the deposit, application fee and turn in my application that same day, which took under an hour. I got the apartment I viewed and the deposit was to reserve the one I wanted. Before you fill out an application and pay the fee, you can ask for a copy of the lease and their rules. The application fee was like $75 per applicant and can take 7-10 business days. The deposit is $400. They have free pest control but do not treat bedbugs even if its not your fault. Pest control is every Thursday per the tenant request. If you dont call to request it they dont come. A few of the complaints I see is rules that was clearly stated in the lease. The apartments are total electric and you have to pay water/sewage/trash. They have dumpsters. Rent is due on the 1st but you have until the 5th to pay. They send you an invoice every month that includes the rent and water. You can have pets but you cannot grill. There is a tennis court and pool which goes up to 5ft deep. There is an onsite laundry facility. There is no playground but the complex is located behind Robison park which is in walking distance to take the kids to the park and it has a splash pad. Maintenance is really fast, they either come on the same day or the next business days and leave a work order on the table that your request was worked and by who. I had to deal with Lori once and she was not mean and it was over the phone. I never been robbed. There is no loud music, heavy smokers, drugs, cars broken into, loud kids or anything stolen from me. I dont leave anything on my patio because you have an indoor storage room which is very roomy. At the end of your lease, you get your carpet clean for free. They do have specials if you sign a 18 month or 12 month lease, but its only for the time frame and that apartment, so of course if you want to upgrade to a better apartment its going to change but its a special and it comes around every so often. You have time warner/spectrum cable. The apartments are near the train so it runs all the time. It is not a gated community. For the price, apartment size and location, this is a decent apartment. If you want more, I suggest buying a house or condo and have your own rules. For most people, having an apartment is not permanent.

I lived here for 3 years with relatively no issues. The office staff was unprofessional, but I didn't have to deal with them much. I had one maintenance issue with flooding, which they did come repair, but they didn't put the carpet back down. I complained, but they still never fixed it. After I moved out they did not return my deposit after mentioning the carpet that I had been complaining to get fixed from flooding that was caused by their plumping. I dropped the whole thing. I moved out a year ago and now they refuse to answer a simple request from another apartment on my renting history. The price here is great and the apartments spacious, but the headache is not worth it for maintenance and staff issues.

I've been living here six months and don't have any real complaints. I've had some minor customer service issues, but that happens all over from time to time; nothing drastic (and I can probably take partial blame there). The apartments are spacious. In fact, I pay almost $200 less per month for a larger apt than my last place. The only amenities include pool and tennis courts, but those are great for me as I've never really used other amenities at other places. The grounds are nicely kept. I live directly next to Robsion park and it's beautiful. The balconies are huge compared to many places. My big bonus for them is the monthly pet rent is the same for one pet or two! The neighborhood is great and seems to be incredibly safe too. This place is affordable and spacious, so if that's what you are looking for, this is the place for you. If you are looking for tons of amenities, you probably want to look elsewhere.

This place is not worthy of any stars. The apartments are decent and affordable, but that could be argued. Management is the rudest and most unhelpful, severely lacking ANY customer service skills. Nothing can be done without Lori, and Lori is never around. The way she treats you (if she happens to be there)when you come to the office with issues is like she has all the authority in the world and you need to bow down and submit to her. Their policies are so backwards and they change depending on Lori's mood. So don't piss her off or she'll hang up on you. These people that "manage" this apartment complex are trash that call themselves "PROFESSIONALS". I moved out of state for a job and they would not let me break the lease. Repair request are addressed very slowly. Half the complex is empty (I wonder why). I locked myself out the apartment once and they would not open the door because I did not have the cash to give them BEFORE they unlocked the door, granted my wallet with cash was inside the apartment. Melissa answered this call from their holiday party with her husband, and after almost an hour and a half of trying to reason with an inebriated Melisa they finally agreed to open the door for me (without Lori knowing because she would not allow her to do it with out the cash first). Beware renting here. My lease ended in May (6 months of which I paid for NOT living there) and I just received my security deposit back TODAY- 3 MONTHS LATER!! This was by far the worst renting experience of my life.

It is trashy and the assistant manager Melissa walks around drunk at night . I would advise people to avoid moving here because you will more than likely get treated badly & have a terrible experience... UGHH.

I have lived here for about a month and a half. I have read other reviews of the complex, and I am honestly surprised to see items were stolen and that there were issues with management. Though I have only been here for a short time, I have had no issues. For the price of rent, and in this location, you get a lot. I feel safe here, and I get along with all my neighbors. My leasing agent was very friendly and efficient, and any time I call the office with questions, whomever I speak with is courteous and professional. I had new carpet and fresh paint when I moved in, and the apartment was clean. Utility bills are low...My only issue was with the Time Warner Cable representative that the complex recommends, but then again, it's Time Warner Cable.

They are nasty and rude folks to say the least, it is a well placed spot and convenient for that purpose. But if you do decide to live here make sure you get everything in writing that they tell you and still be careful. Like I said it was once a nice property but its now run by a bunch of lying cheats who are not to be trusted. Rent at your own risk. I moved to Brookridge Village in Fern Creek and they are great if your just looking for something in Louisville check them out.

Its terrible. The property is always dirty. They need better maintenance. The Manager there is very difficult to deal with. I am very happy to be out of that place. It is run down and over priced. You can find a much better place for the money.
