Also, only live there if youre just looking for a temporary place because they increase the rent when you renew your lease, which makes the apartment no longer worth it after 2 years.
Theyre also very manipulative and greedy. They charge $35/ hour for cleaning the apartment so if you want any of your deposit back leave it better than the way you moved in.
Good for a college student who doesnt want roomates! Office is friendly and maintence is always available , they also have emergency maintence 24/7 on site !

However, as a company, you cannot base a price for old, inefficient, limited parking, apartments off of apartments nearby with 3x amenities that are far more pleasant. The main factor in me deciding to live here was the money. This place is cheap, but lately the so-called "rent will never go up that much" spill that I was given when I moved in a few years ago is not holding up. Rent went up $30 dollars/month for this new lease. But that extra star is for Hays Gozzard. He is a very friendly property manager.

Close to campus and cheap apartments but the buildings are old and could use updating.
