The front office staff is really friendly. They are also super helpful if you have any questions or problems. The rooms are also a very nice size. I was able to fit and additional dresser and nightstand in my bedroom and it doesnt feel cramped. Its also nice they offer a variety of apartment sizes. The bus is also a great thing they offer with how bad campus parking is. The only downside is maintenance sometimes takes forever to come and the fact that you need maintence a couple times a year usually.

I've lived at The Wyatt for four years beginning when it was the Collegiate and throughout all the changes, I've had a wonderful experience. It's close to campus allowing me to commute to class in under 20 minutes. The staff and maintenance team was always very friendly to me. Any maintenance requests that I had were always solved hastily and effectively. I've had wonderful neighbors and many of them have become great friends of mine. I've been able to live in the office building allowing me to retrieve packages and access the gym without even venturing outside. Attached to the building is also a pool that is wonderful to use during the summertime and a great view from your balcony if you are able to score an apartment above it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Things have really improved since the beginning of the year when I first started living here.. Maintenance requests are answered on the next or even the same day, the workout room is available 24/7 (which is super nice during busy weeks) and there's free food in the clubhouse super often! Only issue is the lack of guest parking

I personally really enjoyed my time at the Wyatt. I leased there last year, and I loved so much about the place! The apartments are spacious and the interior is awesome. One of my favorite things about it, are the events they host. There's always plenty of food, people, and things to do. I also really adored how friendly and genuine the office staff is. They are so caring, and will go out of their way to make sure that you're comfortable and taken care of. Really above and beyond in customer service. I know that a few things broke while I was there, but that's common pretty much anywhere, which was why I was glad I picked the Wyatt, because their maintenance team also worked really hard to make sure it was fixed within 24 hours. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Lexington, or going to UK!

I have lived at the Wyatt for a couple years now and I wouldn't change a thing about my current living situation. The apartments are updated, and super close to campus which is a huge plus. I've never had any problems. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and maintenance has always fixed anything broken in a timely manner. The gym is really clean and the pool is a blast in the summer. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a lovely place to live close to campus and wanting to meet new people!

TERRIBLE! It is so overpriced and the rates go up every year. Parking is the worst thing ever. Guests are expected to park in 2 of the spots in the front or on Curry which is always packed! This is my second year living here and dissapointed is an understatement. Had my car egged and they said they couldn't pull up the camera footage?? Like do they even work!? In January a pipe busted in our hallway causing major water damage and leaking. I had to miss work because my clothes were soaked from my apartment flooding! They had to put loud ass fans in every part of our apartment and keep them on 24 hours for a week! When I say I loud I mean you couldn't even hear each other talk. This isn't the first time this has happened this is the SECOND time it happened last year too! So clearly they never fixed the problem. I get the electric bill and they only took off $12!!!?? That's the only type of compensation we got for being put through hell. We had strangers in and out of our apartment fixing stuff.

My friends no longer like coming over because they are afraid of getting towed (no guest parking. absolutely none. dont even think about trying to have friends over if you live here.) Everyones assigned parking spots are not close to the buildings. Nothing has gotten fixed in my apartment since the day I sent out a request. DO NOT let the clean, up-to-date lobby fool you. The rooms look NOTHING like it. They are dirty and not taken care of. The staff cares more about getting people trapped in a lease here and spending money on events rather than working to make the place look better. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

This has literally been the WORST apartment complex I have lived in since I've been in Lexington. I have lived at The Lex and Newtown Crossings and never experienced this much bad service from office staff and maintenance. - The rent due date was changed after move in. We were originally told that rent would be due on the 4th. I was told this on the phone and before move-in. - The walls are super thin, can hear everything that people are saying or doing in their rooms and you can hear the noise from other apartments. It's not your regular muffled noise that you expect when living in an apartment, but clearly. - Moved in to a dirty apartment and bedroom units. Had to clean bathrooms and my room. Not everything was taken out or cleared out. And it is obvious that things were not inspected before we moved in because the top screw on my door was loose and my brothers bedroom doorknob doesnt accept the bedroom key he was given. This was especially upsetting because I called two times to make sure that things would be cleaned up and prepared for us before move-in because I had heard rumors about people moving into messy situations at The Wyatt. - Lightbulbs werent changed, microwave handle was broken, blinds were missing, dishwasher was broken, and the drain was clogged. - Took maintenance a long time to even come to our apartment to fix things...by the way, there are plenty things left that need fixing. - We were told rent would be $525, not $530 including utilities. And definitely werent told that we had to pay the utilities with the rent. - I think a lot of the employees in the office are poorly trained and dont do a great of a job at communicating and being precise and clear. Like many other reviews said, dealing with office staff management causes me as well as many other student residents here extremely stressed and frustrated. - They started towing during finals week. It had me along with some other residents very stressed and panicked. - The gym doesnt have sanitation wipes for people to use to wipe down the machines after. It influences the spread of germs and bacteria around the complex. People sweat, wipe their nose, scratch under their arms, then touch the machines and theres nothing to wipe down before and after usage. - And theres no guest parking. Not even on the weekends. And Curry Ave can only fit so many cars until it gets problematic. I highly advise you do not live here. I was told not to move here but I didn't take the warning that seriously. But I am telling you now, TAKE MY WARNING SERIOUSLY. I wish I had just stayed at Newtown Crossings, at least over there office staff was well trained and maintenance was quick and friendly.

As a current resident of the Wyatt, I received this email today: "Hello, Dear Residents, Come by The Wyatt today for free Panera! All you have to do is post something nice about us on Facebook or Google! #Likesforsandwhiches Sincerely, The Wyatt Staff" Are you kidding me? Here's what I think of your free Panera. Find someone else to bribe. Update: Did not receive gift card. Update 2: Just found a silverfish crawling up my wall. Christ on a cactus. Update 3: Got a free domino's pizza for free out of nowhere (no bribe etc.). That's a star back. Update 4: Internet (wifi, ethernet, everything) is cutting out completely for ~5 minute intervals. This used to happen once or twice a day (that I noticed at least), and now it's happening about once every few hours. RIP second star. I should also mention a few important things that I haven't already covered in previous updates. The first problem with the Wyatt, and possibly the most egregious, is people who don't take proper care of their dogs. The resulting atmosphere is maddening basically every green space on the Wyatt property is infested with dog poop (also, occasionally the halls - I think they deleted my photo on here, but it was of a disgusting greenish-brown smear of dog poop in the hallway. Didn't get cleaned up for at least a day). Dogs can be heard out on balconies/in the courtyard barking endlessly at any time night or day, and the culture here is one of negligence towards pets. I had upstairs neighbors who, as far as I could gather, were dogsitters. They had 2+ dogs in the apartment at all times, and those poor babies were scratching the floor 24/7. From what I could gather, the roommates literally stuck the dogs in cages and went to class all day. Same thing when the roommates went to sleep. It got to the point where I literally could not sleep because of the paper thin floors; all I could hear was endless floor scratching. Despite my best efforts, the Wyatt management did nothing to apprehend these people (btw dogsitting is not allowed in this place, but who cares amirite). These were not the type of people who should even be allowed to own, much less sit for pets, as they were screaming at each other pretty regularly. Can't imagine that was a healthy environment for animals. Additionally, anyone not planning to party 24/7 should 100% find a different place to stay. Basically, if you plan on doing any studying in your room, think again. The environment at the Wyatt is an endless boombox-blaring nightmare, a neverending frat party. Everyone likes a good party, sure, but not when it never, ever ends, and you live in the party. The Wyatt seems to recruit white, priveleged, stereotype husks of people, whose only known form of social interaction is getting schmoozed every night of the week. Also: security is pretty bad for those living on the first floor, if that's something you'd be worried about. One of the entrances to all first-floor rooms is literally just a sliding door with a flimsy lock that cannot be locked from the outside. If someone wanted to break into one of the first floor apartments, it would be incredibly easy to do so. Which probably explains why it happens frequently. Also, each car entrance gate is open probably 25% of the time, and at any given moment at least one of the gates is guaranteed to be wide open. The Wyatt is purportedly a "gated community," but if someone who doesn't live here wanted to drive a car straight in, they absolutely could. This also applies to the pedestrian gates. I personally don't really mind this part, but if you're really worried about security, find somewhere else to give your money to. Edit 5: Today, after visiting the front office, I was told I'll be receiving a late fee unless $11.05 of an unspecified charge is paid for by midnight. I was specifically told yesterday, by voicemail, that this charge would be waived this month due to the policy being "new." Edit 6: biannual reminder: JESUS CHRIST, DO NOT LIVE HERE

DO NOT LIVE AT THE WYATT. The Wyatt may look like the nicest student apartments to live in, but it's actually gross & management is horrible. When you have a problem in your apartment (for example heat is broke) it will literally take them weeks to come fix it and you have to complain a million times to get them to even come. People don't clean up after animals and poop is everywhere. The price of utilities is outrageous and they won't ever tell you why. Tanning beds are always broken. The gates are never working. PARKING sucks. Guests have nowhere to park. The inside of apartments are nice however the halls are gross and smell & a lot of break ins happen on bottom floor units.

Do think very carefully about moving in here, most of the negative reviews are not exaggerating. It truly is a whole new level of awful. For what you pay the things you have to deal with here are completely unacceptable. Saying this place is poorly maintained would be a compliment, it is not maintained at all. The interior hallways are absolutely filthy, so much so in fact its difficult to put into words. I dont think one can understand how dirty this place is until you experience it first hand, and let me tell you, it is an experience that is hard to forget no matter how much you want to forget. The place is constantly noisy, the parking lot has assigned parking, the front gates never work, the internet is terrible, the negatives are truly endless. If you want to see how mismanaged a place can be, look no further.

I was so excited about this being my first apartment, its very appealing to those who are just taking tours and are interested in moving...... however.... My advice: DONT DO IT! The rooms are really small. My dishwasher has been broken since the day I moved in. Maintence is terrible and NOT on call like they advertise. My first request was put in the day I moved in, August 19, I heard back from them in November :) The parking spot I paid for, for 4 months, did not exist when I moved in. The office still charged me the monthly fee and I had to park on curbs, fire lanes, etc. FINALLY 4 months later, I finally have a spot.......that isnt gated or secured in anyway......... the blinds fall off if you barely even touch them, and the walls are thin so they chip easily and you can hear your neighbors. The hallways always smell like marijuana and cigarette smoke, and theyre disgusting because people will spill food and itll stay there for weeks at a time until maintenance finally comes and vacuums (vaccines, but does not clean) the carpets. Your monthly rent will go much further at other places, and youll be much happier elsewhere!!

The Wyatt is advertised as student housing. However, they offer incentives to renew that they then don't honor, they charge for parking and promise assigned spaces and they don't deliver and students have to call tow trucks themselves if their spaces are taken by someone else, they don't respond to maintenance calls, they regularly don't follow Kentucky law by giving adequate notice to enter units for maintenance they schedule with outside companies, they don't maintain the halls at all, and they purposely schedule transitions and maintenance and any other interruptions they can think of during exam times. When you contact them, they act as if they are inconvenienced. They have completely lost touch with those they serve. We would not recommend the Wyatt management to anyone. Students are constantly stressed in having to deal with the management. The units seem nice, but the management is difficult.

First time the amount on check was completely off and short paid me and then after contacting them they told me there would be some kind of delay sending me a new check but for 4 months? I would prabably get sued if I pay my rent 4 months late. BS company, dysfunctional management. Update: They have sent my check to the wrong place three times with the wrong amount of refund after updating the address and communicating about the false amount of move-out refund numerous times. I don't know what else to do other than calling them again. It's already 4 MONTHS since I moved out, 4 MONTHS! It's so frustrating dealing with them. The management have been arrogant, rude and pretty much useless throughout the process. EVERYONE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I moved my oldest child and first college student into the Wyatt mid - August. We are happy and so is our college student. I know that often the people who post comments are those who are unhappy or have a bad experience, so I wanted to make sure that I post our experience. because it is good. This is a college apartment building, the floor plans are well thought out, and any issues are addressed. Many things I have seen complaining that the office staff are students etc. Kind of makes me wonder, what do people expect. We all start somewhere, and I think it is nice to see and meet hard working college students who live and work at the Wyatt, I also think it helps with a sense of community. I can not imagine a parent deciding to move their student to the Wyatt and not being completely satisfied. College is about many many things and none of those are having your student live in an imaginary world. If something ever happens at the Wyatt that is not a real world experience and also manageable, I would be extremely surprised first of all and feel confident that not only our college student but the staff could work it out. As parents we are enjoying our daughter having a nice place to focus on learning. And a community where she not only feels safe and accommodated but will learn from her apartment experience. Did I mention the floor plans are nice. Extremely important factor in our decision as well.

While this kind of thing isn't directly the staff's fault, and has more to do with bad owners, it's certainly something to be aware of for any potential future residents. Sadly, that is only a small glimpse into the mindset of the Wyatt's general populace. The average person renting here is fairly likely to be loud and obnoxious, especially during basketball season. It's not uncommon to have people blasting music (indoors and out) into the later hours of the night. Fully expect at least one person to be constantly dribbling a basketball in the courtyard at all hours (or something equally enraging). And let me tell you, I've heard some sounds that can't even be explained, all the way into the wee hours of the morning. I mean, I guess these sounds have something to do with the beer cans littering the property every day of the week. I understand this is college-age housing and all, but come on people. So basically, if you plan on doing any studying in your room, think again. Anyone not planning to party 24/7 should 100% find a different place to stay. Don't be like me and get roped into a living situation simply because it makes your future roommates happy. Do what will make you happy and in most cases, I can ensure you that the Wyatt will not make you happy. First impression is they tell you what you want to hear until you sign the lease. My daughter was supposed to move in yesterday. We drove almost 5 hours to get here with all of her things. There was supposed to be someone here to give her the keys and no one was here. I've called the after hours line and left several messages, that's a joke. No one calls you back. We had to get a hotel and spend the night back here on Sunday and no one is here. The front door says they open at 12. No ones here. Again we've called and left several messages and no one calls you back. I'm extremely aggravated and upset that this is the type of place I just signed a year lease. God forbid there was a major emergency I'm fairly certain no one would call you back on the after hours line. I wish we would have searched longer for a better place

The connection of internet is bad, it loses connection 3 times a day. Not only me has this problem, whole apartment has this kind of issue. It makes me upset for sure, won't live here for next year. First year when I moved in, they changed my apartment number without any notification. I knocked the door and a stranger opened it and I was like who is this guy? Positives : My section has been quiet. Staff have been friendly and attentive. Maintenance has been punctual. Negatives : Absolutely no guest parking. And their parking system is ascinine. They have assigned parking spaces which means, regardless of whether the person is gone for the weekend, night, holidays, etc., you have to park in your space which is in b.f.e. If you try to park in another spot, even when that person is gone, the nearby towing nazis will frantically speed there to tow your car. Having a first come, first get, for prime parking would make the most sense. But no. Inconsiderate dog owners not picking up poop, even on sidewalks, hallways (saw the pic.), or immediately in front of other's apartments. Trash was overflowing at the volleyball court for months. Trash has been siting on someone's deck for months. Residents are too lazy to put the trash bags in the actual garbage can, instead dropping it front of the can. The trash and poop, I can overlook. The parking, though, is ridiculous, and the reason I won't renew.

Just a summary: Over the two year stay, we've had issues with maintenance men coming in unannounced all hours of the night (4 girl apartment), including 3am. Balcony took a year to get fixed so it could be used. Billing Errors. Just last night (9:30pm), they had my car towed from my own assigned parking spot without a warning. Parking spots are VERY tight and my car was slightly over the line because of how those next to me parked. I had reported the issue the night before and then they towed ME the next day. I'd be happy to update this review if The Wyatt would resolve this issue. Will not be staying here next year.

Moved here in a rush, the Wyatt was more than accommodating to find me an apartment in the middle of the semester, and even found me a first floor apartment so my dog can have an easier trip to the court yard. I love the wyatt, its a great college campus apartment complex, they are getting better about closing gates. Maintenance is kind of slow, but only if the problem isn't too serious. I do wish they would allow guest parking on the weekends though. Also have a TON of dog poop EVERYWHERE. Wish the office would just hire someone to clean up after the irresponsible pet owners, right now they do nothing about it. There is broken glass nearly everywhere, courtyards, doors, and all. Other than the lack of grounds maintenance I have really liked living here.

If you're looking for a friendly, safe place to live, KEEP LOOKING. This is not the place! I have lived in several "student" apartments and this one is by far the worst. There is no guest parking, so your friends are out of luck! A towing fee is well over $100. There is a gate system in place but my own name isn't in it(after living here for six months), so my friends and family cannot get in. I addressed the issue and was told it was a quick fix, but NOPE! Neighbors are loud, partying every night of the week. Courtesy officer takes and hour to get to you an address your complaint. Unfortunately, I live on the first floor, and when people upstairs bring their dogs out, several come directly to my yard and the owners NEVER pick up the feces! The Wyatt told us that unless we know the name of the dog's owner they can do nothing about it. My roommate's car was egged within the first month here, and paint continues to chip off of her car as a result. Since there are no security cameras outside, they will do NOTHING about it! In the lease it states that any cigarette butt found in your yard is a fine of $100. No one in my apartment smokes, but neighbors upstairs throw theirs down into my yard. I can't even take my dog outside with the amount of cigarette butts, beer cans, and broken glass in the yard. Worst of all, there's no way to prove that all of that debris isn't mine. Neighbors near me have also been outside, pointing guns around, constantly letting in strange people. I have come to learn that my safety is not a priority here. Take positive reviews with a grain of salt, because the Wyatt is constantly offering 'free food' for a good review. There are wonderful places to live in Lexington as a student, but the Wyatt isn't one of them.

I asked if I could get a wifi extender in my room to help and they said that wouldn't do anything because it just has to do with the amount of people using it. As an apartment complex it is important to have sufficient internet so all the students have enough. If its slow, invest in a better wifi.

Please do not sign a lease at this apartment complex. I wish I could not even rate it one star. At first, they make you think this is an awesome place to live and even some of the reviews say that its great, but that isn't true. I have received multiple emails from The Wyatt bribing me and the other residents to leave great reviews in exchange for things like free Panera and right after, I see these "great" reviews being posted on google and the facebook page. I asked the Wyatt to not place me in a pet friendly apartment because I was not bringing a pet and wished to have one where a pet had not lived in it. They placed me in the pet friendly building anyway and I quickly found out that the previous resident's had a dog or cat that had fleas because they were hopping all over my room biting me. I called the Wyatt and they said one flea treatment would be necessary and they will be gone for good. He gave me a checklist from the pest control company to do. My roommate and I completed the list and had our apartment sprayed and less than a day later the fleas were back. I called the leasing office again and they blamed this on us saying we didn't follow the company's to-do list (which we did, because I absolutely did not want to live with fleas ever again) and said they'll call the pest company again. When the man arrived, he stated that The Wyatt lied to us because it would take at least 4-6 treatments to get rid of the fleas and they told the Wyatt that and even then they might not be gone- they may have to have the carpet replaced. After 3 weeks of fighting with The Wyatt and 4 treatments later the carpet was finally cleaned (and that took a big fight as well). During this time the Wyatt said they could do nothing about our living arrangements because they blamed my roommate and I for not doing the checklist saying that's why the fleas came back when really they just did not want to pay for the 4-6 flea treatments that the flea company stated to them it would take to get rid of them. We could not move into another apartment because they were "completely booked" or pay for a hotel because the flea's were our fault, so I was forced to sleep on a friend's couch for two weeks to not be bitten by the fleas before they moved both my roommate and I into a one bedroom apartment that they swore to us for two weeks was unavailable, but one member of the leasing office told us it had not been rented since August when I came and asked for the third time if we could move into another apartment, get a hotel paid for, etc. For a month, we have called the leasing office multiple times about the battery in our front door lock being low (if it dies we would not be able to lock or unlock the apartment door) and almost a month later we still have not had anyone to fix it. Additionally, I called the leasing office after-hours emergency number about my broken toilet two days ago (the automatic number stated broken toilets are an emergency issue and someone would call and be there as soon as possible) and no one ever called me back. Yesterday I asked about it in the office and they said they would put in a work order and it would be fixed in the morning. Today, it still has not been fixed and when I called the leasing office they said it would be fixed by tonight and acted like it was no big deal, when supposedly it is an emergency, high priority fix. These are just a few of the many, many issues I have had while living here and I have lived here for less than four months. They got rid of guest parking, I can hear everything my neighbors beside and above me do and when they walk, and I get maybe 10 minutes at the most of hot water in the shower. My dad tried to break the lease during the first month of living here and the lease conditions are so one-sided that I could not break the lease and I was forced to live here. Please do not sign a lease here and if you decide to, make sure you and a parent or another adult reads every single word of the lease so you know what you're getting into.

I wish with all my heart that I could write a glowingly positive review of the Wyatt, but alas I cannot. Is there a problem with the staff? Nope. They are extraordinarily kind and effective, and I think of most of them as family. Is there something wrong with the facilities? Nope, they are what one expects in a college town. The tragedy is that they are governed by a distant force, a management company that is beyond unreasonable. I have stayed for the wonderful people, but I have often considered leaving because of the protocols of the offsite management .

Granted, responsibility is part of what you learn in college, so she is not without fault, but a simple letter on the part of management would have sufficed. Stay here at your own risk. When my roommates and I signed our lease with The Wyatt, we were promised gated apartment buildings, parking spots, and a clean apartment. Even before moving in this past August we had issues with the leasing office regarding our apartment for the upcoming school year. We were not notified as to which apartment we would be staying in until after our first month lease was due and had to call multiple times to get any information regarding paying our lease and what apartment we were assigned. We called numerous times throughout the summer to figure out which apartment would be ours and asked on multiple occasions if it would be possible for us to move in early due to commitments that required us to go back to school two weeks before school started. Each time we were told that we couldn't move in early because they needed time to repaint and get the apartments ready for the new tenants. If they allowed us to move in early, they would have to let everyone move in early. A week or so before we planned to move in, I found out that they WERE letting people move in early if they paid the early move in fee and took the apartment "as is". I don't understand how a company teaches its employees to blatantly lie to its tenants, but that should have been a major red flag as to how the rest of the year would go. When we came to move in, the apartment had not been cleaned, the cabinets in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms were damaged, there were holes in the walls that had not been fixed, and there was urine on the toilet seats. We placed work orders to fix the cabinets and a few other minor damages the day we moved in. Maintenance came to see what needed to be fixed once and said they would "be back to fix the cabinets and any other damages we needed them to fix." They never came back to fix anything. Parking was promised to anyone that signed a lease and was willing to pay the $10 monthly fee, however there are much fewer spots in the parking lots, especially at building 4, than there are people who brought cars. Every night it is a struggle to find somewhere to park. Every curb in the main lot becomes a spot and even grass patches between lanes of parking spots are used because there is not enough room for everyone to park. The doors to the apartment complex at building 4 that were supposed to be locked at all times were left open, giving anyone the ability to walk in whenever they wanted. The "gated" parking lots were left open for the entire first semester, and no one living in building 4 had a way of opening them if they were to close them. Even after an armed robber broke into the Speedway gas station at the corner of Angliana and South Broadway and proceeded to run into the Wyatt's open gates and throw the gun he had been carrying into the bushes of the apartment complex, THE GATES STILL WERE NOT CLOSED. Finally, after 7 months of living here, clickers were given out and the gates were closed. We have had our clickers for about 2 weeks now, and I have called once and gone into the leasing office three times now because my clicker would not open the gate to my parking lot, leaving me stuck to wait for someone to leave so the gates would open. Each time, I was told the antenna on the gate was broken and they would be left open until it could be fixed. Every time I came home, the gates would be closed and I would be stuck outside. Finally, after talking to someone for the fourth time, I was told that the gate was being reprogramed and my clicker should work. I don't understand why it took me asking four times for something to be fixed that should have been up and running at the time we moved in. I would not recommend living here to anyone. They make the apartments and amenities look amazing from the outside, but after moving in, the management is unprofessional and disorganized. Please save your money and live anywhere else in Lexington that you can possibly find.

First of all, these buildings were cheaply built and appliances thrown together. Second, there was seriously dog feces in the hallway of my building for weeks straight. WEEKS. Third, there is never ANY parking. I can't have friends over because there are, what, 20 guest spots total? Not to mention there have been several times where I have had leave my parked car at my work on South Broadway and WALK home because of the parking situation, typically very late at night. Fourth, the workers lie to get you to sign. Soundproof rooms? Yeah, right, tell that to me trying to study for an exam and hearing my neighbors scream Taylor Swift at 2 am. Electricity cap? Don't get me started. And, the workers will give you different answers every single time to any question you may have, because they're nowhere near sufficiently trained. Fifth, pets OFF leashes in open areas? That's illegal and dangerous for both me and my dog. I could go on and on about the issues I've had since living here, but instead I'm just going to suggest that no one live here unless you want to deal with constant anger and disappointment.

If I could give the wyatt 0 stars I would. I have had nothing but issues with living here. The wyatt is supposed to be a "gated community" but the gates are open all the time which leads to vandalism, for instance my car tire got slashed along with 5 other cars around me and keyed. My apartment building is never locked. When I was searching for apartments I saw the reviews for the wyatt and just brushed it off as uptight people but I should have listened to the reviews. Everything you read on here is true except for the 5 star one that is done by an employee.. The employees do not know what they're talking about 90% of the time and you will get different answers from each employee for the same question. When I signed my lease Adam told me that there was a $20 cap for the electric bill and anything over is what we would have to pay. As I recently got the electric bill 4 months later with all 4 months combined to give me one big grand total I learned that there is not a $20 cap and the employees will tell you anything to sign or they literally are just not trained. It is so unprofessional here and I am advising hard core to stay away from the wyatt it is nothing but trouble.
