Generally really good. The apartments are pretty large for the price. The amenities are actually pretty good -- the gym in small with new machines, the pool is clean. The management keeps the place clean. The maintenance crew is reliable and friendly. The location is great.
Only issues I've had have been with outdated kitchen and issues with rain coming into the building.

I am not looking to lease until after the summer and I just wanted to see if my fiance and I could stop by and get some info. I'm disappointed because I've read great things about the apartments, but customer service is everything.

I've been living here for almost one and half years. Everything was fine until my underwear got stolen in the public laundry downstairs. I told the leasing office what happened and they've ignored about my concerns. Now I just feel so unsafe living here. Their attitude upset me a lot. Just can't wait to move out.
Staff are helpful and prompt if there are any problems, and such problems are infrequent. Nice neighborhood and close to both Bearden and downtown.
Older apartments, but well kept. Very quick response with maintenance requests.
