I seriously love this place so much! I have been living in my apartment for a couple of years now and I honestly don't want to think about leaving anytime soon. Evergreen is super clean, has a great location, the prices are better than the rest of the apartments in this area, and my renewals are never too high. I will say they had a bit of a slump in staffing at one time, but the staff now are amazing and have really turned things around. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

My issue is that there was a break down in communication TO ME causing it to go to collections. Way to go acknowledging the issue I even stated. I promise you I went to the office and complained as well. Have a good day. First of all, this is an overpriced apartment complex and their pest control is crappy. I dealt with numerous spiders and wasps, spent my own money on bug spray, and I complained to the apartment complex multiple times. Nothing ever seemed to ever change with pests. Whats the point of paying for monthly pest control when the pests are out of hand? During my stay they also tried to ticket me a $50 dollar parking fine for parking on the curb even though there isnt enough parking spaces for their residents or guests. Multiple residents have no where to park daily, and this was a rather large inconvenience living at the very back of the lot. I was advised by the office to get the courtesy officer to walk me home and park at the bottom of the complex alllll the way to my apartment, which was the very back of the lot. This was not a convenient option for me, as I was driving to and from Crossville, Tennessee daily and my work schedule permitted me to arrive home as late as 1 am. The apartment had mold/mildew on the walls that started appearing three or four months after I moved in. They tried to say it was due to indoor plants? I had none. I also let them know about this issue upon my move out date. To make things worse, after I moved out, I ASKED whenever I turned my keys in do I owe anything? Their response was no after checking and I LET THEM KNOW that the resident portal wouldnt let me log in. They acknowledged that there was a known issue and they were changing website providers. I was told that I would be contacted if I owed any rent or money. They did NOT email prior to my account going to collections, nor did I receive a letter in the mail until TWO days after my move out month date agreement was up. So whenever I called they told me that there wasnt anything they could do as I signed my agreement and I missed my 30 day window. How was I supposed to know if I wasnt contacted, couldnt log into the resident portal, or receive a letter in a timely fashion??? The letter I received was drawn up on 7/15/18 and the letter that I received in the mail was post marked for 8/16/18. CLEARLY this is after the 30 day move out date, so why was this mishandled? Why didnt they contact me prior to it going into collections? They told me the one who handled my account left the company, someone was on maternity leave, and somehow it all slipped through the cracks. They apologized about the collections issue but said there wasnt anything they could do. I paid my rent on time every month and kept to myself while living there. I would not recommend them to anyone and I feel bad for the other people this issue will happen to. Please dont contact me about my comment because there is literally nothing you can do to make me feel better about it. Im upset that they would let a mistake on their behalf, not mine, jeopardize someones hard earned money and credit. In my opinion thats not how business should be conducted.

LOL at all the negative reviews people leave because they're mad they couldn't follow the rules. They are there for a reason, if you follow the rules then everything is great! The new management and new staff are all so great and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking at real reviews.

This place stinks. It has been five months that I am complaining about it, but still not fixed. I cannot run the AC/heater in the house due to the bad odor. I requested to switch the unit but they denied me. I tried to get out of the lease, but they threatened me with being responsible for the pay for the whole year and be considered as breaking the contract. One thing that this management is proficient in is lies after lies. Not everyone who lives/lived here might have the same experience, but I definitely not recommend it to anyone!!!!
