The pet must be a cat or dog that is at least six (6) months old. Each apartment is limited a maximum of 1 pets. Each pet shall not exceed 50 pounds at full growth. Aggressive bred dogs (partial or full bred) are prohibited at Lessors discretion. Aggressive breeds include, but are not limited to Pitbull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmatian, Wolf Hybrid, American Staffordshire Terrier.
