Recently signed a lease at Ava Wheaton after touring. The community Is really clean, the apartments are spacious and the location is convenient. What made me love it more was the staff. The supervisor Brian is amazing, very patient and helpful throughout the move in process. Keep up the good work . Looking forward to settling in my new home soon.

Melvin is absolutely amazing when it comes to fixing any and everything in an apartment complex. Super sweet, respectful, funny and just an overall great guy. I know I can for sure trust that my issue will be resolved and within a timely manner as well. AVA Wheaton is a great building to live and it helps with having a great maintenance staff.

I love the AVA Wheaton so much I renewed for another 2 years, couldn't pass up the offer! From the front office staff to the maintenance staff, they have always been so kind and quick to fix any issues I've had. Melvin is the best and always so kind, respectful and super helpful when it comes to any maintenance issues in the apartment (not that I've had many!). My unit location is perfect (totally lucked out) corner unit facing trees and getting great sunlight in the morning. Love the amenities too!

I havent moved here yet, but plan on doing so in the future. This complex is very clean and professional. If they had an AVA in Silver Spring I would DEFINITELY move there. Brian is a very kind man, you cant go wrong living here.
I am thankful and blessed to be in this community. The people and management are so friendly. It is a great place to call home.
