I had an absolute pleasure working with Latosha today! I had a 430 appointment, and as she was helping us get started for our tour, a very entitled Karen family came out of nowhere, interrupted us and loudly ranted about how they drove 1.5 hours to get here to see more than one apartment.
I commend Latosha for her extreme professionalism with these unruly guest. She was very respectful, and quickly got these people settled down. Latosha has amazing multitasking and de-escalating abilities.
Overall we had a good time touring 3 very spacious units. We loved the common grounds and Gazebo areas. I definitely got my exercise in using the steps (I did not see an elevator.)
Latosha was very informative and kind.
I am really loving this community thanks to her, and I am looking forward to becoming a resident here :)

I have been very pleased with the professionalism and attentiveness of the leasing office staff, particularly, LaTosha who has been absolutely wonderful and patient with me.
There were some minor items to repair when we first moved in but they responded swiftly. I highly recommend these spacious apartments that are in am awesome location to anyone looking to move to Gaithersburg. You really can't beat the location.
Very convenient , professional and friendly staff and safe community!
