Nice, renovated property, energy efficient and looks great! 2 bedroom 1 bath one level duplex with good sized rooms in a nice, quiet area. Property is total electric with central heat + air, includes use of a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There are washer/dryer connections only in a laundry closet in the kitchen. Master bedroom is slightly larger than the second bedroom (room for crib, desk, etc.), and the bathroom is long and roomy with plenty of counter space/great for sharing. Luxury laminate flooring, neutral paint and some nice touches throughout. Covered front porch and small backyard area.
