Duplex is total electric with central heat + air and includes use of a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. There are washer/dryer connections only in a laundry closet in the kitchen. The master bedroom is slightly larger than the second bedroom (room for crib, desk, etc.) and the bathroom is long and roomy with plenty of counter space/great for sharing. Covered front porch and grassy backyard area. Great location, super convenient to Winder, Bethlehem, Hwy 81 and Hwy 316.
At this duplex, the kitchen and living room walls back up to each other, the bedrooms are on the ends of each side of the building. There is a double wall with insulation between the units to help with noise and keep the heat or cold from coming through.
Utilities are the tenant’s responsibility.
