2 bedroom 1 bath one level duplex with good sized rooms. This property has luxury hardwood plank looking vinyl flooring throughout (no carpeting). This duplex is total electric with central heat + air and includes use of a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and above the range microwave. There are washer/dryer connections only in a laundry closet in the kitchen. The master bedroom is slightly larger than the second bedroom (room for crib, desk, etc.) and the bathroom is long and roomy with plenty of counter space/great for sharing. This duplex had new vinyl siding, windows and metal roof installed a few years ago, so it looks great and is energy efficient. Covered front porch and grassy backyard area.
