Need better signs and some ramps. Hard to deliver when you have a hand truck with heavy items.

Need updates on apartments, but layout of apartment is good ...too many dogs though,the owners dont clean up after them..but safe place to live
Pretty obvious they did NOT want ANY younger people. Not fair at all.
Cheap apt heat and utilities included....nearby area is much happening and most of the shops can be found within 1 or 2 mile distance

This place is an absolute joke. Air didnt work for 1st 3 weeks upon moving in august. Heat went out for 4 days in January. Management doesn't care about helping anybody. Apartment building is completely outdated. Oven was greasy and slimey when we moved in and 1 eye didnt work at all. Carpet had missing patches and discoloration. Shower goes from hot to cold throughout your shower every time, no matter when you take it or how short. This place is a complete joke. Management will not accept responsibility for anything they do or don't do. All they care about is receiving your rent payment. Balconies are not safe to walk on. I think 3 balconies collapsed in the short time i lived there. Neighbors smoke and it goes through the walls and gets on your clothes and smells like they are in the room with you. Management says they can't do anything about it even though it's not upholding their part of the lease. Stay away at all costs, you will regret it days after you move in. This isn't is even half the stuff i really want to say about how miserable our stay here was. Location was great, but i would rather live in a motel 6 than Normandy village.
