The apartments are very nice and Jules is very helpful and nice at the front desk. But be prepared to listen to constant construction from the ground floor buildings going in - super loud and annoying for work from home. The residents are all nice and no one is super loud. The rooftop is a nice perk. We received a rent concession since the building just opened but the apartments are not worth it without the rent concession.

They have a great variety of apartments that are fairly priced. I even met the owner who was very kind too!
