I had a great feeling about this place since I walked into the leasing office. I was greeted with smiles and coffee. Nicholas assisted with my huge move from New York City to California. I'm forever grateful for this team. You will not regret living in this community! If I find myself back in California. I will be relocating back here without a doubt!

What can I say about living here at avalon except its amazing you dont feel like your living in an apartment we live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath which is huge so spacious even though we are on the second floor its so quite. And the staff Joseph is amazing he really takes the time to get to know the residents he truly cares about us he always has a smile on his face .he is always dressed professionally always willing to help .
