I actually enjoy living here for the most part. I like the amenities, and all of the maintenance staff and the general manager Hannah are great! However, theres a staff member that I feel wasnt professional when addressing the renewal of the lease and other topics while Ive lived here. This particular person has spoken in a condescending way and it rubs me the wrong way. If you need help with anything, definitely speak to Hannah because shes helpful and polite and goes out of her way for residents!

I highly recommend this property, Jeanette is an excellent Property Manager! Shes friendly , makes all efforts to address concerns and any issues that may arise. She immediately addresses with zero wait time. Truly appreciate her level of professionalism. In addition her maintenance team is just as attentive, when a request is made in minutes there is a response. Thank you Jeanette and team you make living here a great experience!

We have had encounters with the maintenance staff here in the 4 years we have been residents. Usually, Lupe handles our requests, and I wanted to take the time to thank him personally along with the rest of the maintenence staff here for the great work that they do. They handle our requests promptly and have always resolved our concerns with one visit. They are the best maintenance staff I have ever encountered in an apartment complex.

Overall nice community, very close to lots of shopping and dining. Grounds are kept up nicely. The staff is nice and accommodating, maintenance staff is excellent. There is an Amazon hub, making it easy to get packages from them. The walls between apartments are somewhat thin, meaning sometimes things can be heard from neighboring units. A little overpriced, in my opinion for the sizes of the units.
