We were the third tenants to move into this building and plan to never leave until we leave the state. In fact, we just signed on for another 18 months in a larger unit.
Firstly, the management is incredible and responsive. They have their team down to a science! They are genuinely caring and responsive. That's a new experience for me after years of struggles everywhere else.
The units: stainless steel kitchens with GAS ranges, granite counter tops, beautiful wood flooring, perfect match of class and unfinished truly giving the loft feetl, washer/dryer in unit, high ceilings, large bathrooms, quality blinds, balconies, partial built in lighting, walk in closets, plenty of closest space in general, UV treated windows and energy star appliances, brand new or almost new units! From studios to one bedroom plus (my boyfriend uses the extra room as an artist's studio), you have options.
The Building: Free 24/7 coffee in the lobby, SECURE building, amazing 2 story club room on the 24th and 25th floor facing the arch, BBQ, great neighbors, lots of *responsible* dog owners, QUIET!, right by Washington without all the noise, Private entrance to Sauce on the Side and the Magnolia hotel, discounts on rooms at the Magnolia for visiting family and friends, secure mail room, package delivery by UPS and Fed Ex to your door (hooray Amazon prime!), Business room with free computer and colored printer access, great gym with amazing views, fitness on demand room, parking lot across the street that is secure with a well lit and patrolled path to the building, free wifi in common areas, easy move in with a loading dock and fright elevator...
...and the list goes on forever. Trust me, if you want true luxury living, you'll want to pay for it. But, the building is almost full and once it is you'll be sure to be on a waiting list. If you come check it out, tell them Michelle & Ryan sent you! We'd be glad to answer any questions you may have when deciding if the Tower at OPOP is right for you. Obviously, we're in love.
