Management here is very communicative. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely fashion. The gym is fabulous, not many people use it so its always clean. There's an Amazon locker, so you don't have to worry about packages never reaching you, and It feels pretty safe. (You need your key fobs to get in everywhere).
The building is very close to the 405 and 101. This complex is full of young professionals and small families. There's a lot of turnover. It seems to be a good place to use as a launching pad while you save for a house, or focus on your career.
My only complaint (Which is not really a complaint) is how much noise you can hear from your upstairs neighbors. (And how much they can hear you). I can hear the toddler above me having and exuberant amount of fun, and their mom's heels clacking pretty often. WHILE my 2 toddlers run my downstair's neighbors crazy with their shenanigans. But hey, thats apartment life .. All in All, I would definitely recommend this spot.

Lived here for 4 years and during the pandemic! Was one of the first to move in when the building was new and it was such a nice atmosphere with the plant courtyard and the gym and pool table. I barely ever heard my neighbors. Will always looks fondly back on this place!

Maintenance team is very nice and respectful.The woman who cleans the building is sooo sweet and does a really good job cleaning. The building always smells great! The tenants are mean to her . An old building manager that used to be onsite(Nicholas) was amazing !!! He always made sure things were done correctly and ensured that the building tenants were obeying the parking rules(not parking along the wall or in others parking spaces), not propping outside doors open or giving access to the elevator to non-tenants or stealing other tenants packages. The new manager is very nice and ensures maintenance orders are done in a timely manner.

Just moved in and couldn't be happier. The place is legit as nice as the pictures. SUPER modern, and best of all in room washer and dryers. Also, the gym here is the nicest apartment gym I have ever seen. Love the location too, close to all the essentials. There is a grocery store within walking distance, a few gyms, and much more right on the same street. Christian who manages the property, is so awesome and is always happy to help the tenants feel at home!
