There's no place like home. There's no better place to live on this side of town at the going price rate etc. I've been here going on the years and counting. As long as you promise to pay and keep your word and let them know if anything changes, three manager El Rico is so kind and willing to help you if you are willing to help yourself. Life gets hard times get rough and gas is a new bill every week. He understands and is a great man and a great manager. He's not one looking to throw you out of you don't cause problems. He will work with you guys. Don't make it a habit but being honestly helpless, he will not kick you while you're down. Trust me come join our little community where we all look out for one another. Plus Walmart and the mall is next door. And enjoying else is around it even within walking distance for those who don't drive.
