Hollywood Apartments is a locally owned & operated, affordable apartment community near the Tulsa International Airport. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood between S. Memorial and S. Mingo, our apartments feature big closets, built in cabinets, a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and garbage disposal. Rent includes gas, water, trash and sewer bills & $50 per month electric bill with no utility deposits. Property amenities include on site management, laundry room, swimming pool and free, off-street parking. Our income requirement is 3X rent, with proof of income. 600+ credit score. No felony convictions or evictions in the last 7 years. $35 application fee. Move in cost is first month's rent + one month's rent for security deposit. No cats. Dogs OK under 25 lbs. full-grown, however no aggressive dogs or breeds. $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. No Monthly Pet Fees. No Community Fees. No Parking Fees. Vehicles must have current tags and be operational. We do not accept Section 8 or THA v
