Avalon Teaneck is a great place to live! Leasing office is so responsive and accommodating . It's usually quiet at night. The few maintenance requests that we've made have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. All personnel are friendly and helpful! Location is great! You can walk to the supermarkets or the shops on Queen Anne Rd., New Bridge Rd., and Washington Ave./Teaneck rd. You will enjoy living here; it's peaceful...

Apartments and property are nice, but as someone who spent all day visiting different buildings I can tell you the difference for me was Austin. Compared to every other building we visited he was the most knowledgable and friendly consultant we dealt with. (Mind you, it was a self guided tour) Not sure if he is part of management, but he certainly should be because we are seriously considering moving here.

Customer service-the leasing consultants/managers were helpful throughout the entire moving in process. They were very friendly and checked in various times throughout my move and answered any questions I had. They are very attentive to their tenants and are always helpful!
Affordable-very affordable, doesn't break the bank. Even if it did, the security, the amenities, the features are all worth it. There were some up front fees as expected with any apartment but I never found any of them with Avalon to be absurd-I have never felt like I was being overcharged.
The building is also relatively new so new appliances, new floors, walls, etc. Nothing is damaged and everything is super clean.
Security-resident entrances/garage are safely secured with key/fob entry so it doesn't ever feel unsafe here. There are also secure ways to let guests/deliverers/non residents in as well.
Location-Really convenient location. It's close to NY, close to work, restaurants, groceries, etc.
Literally could not have found a better apartment!
